Finally Arrived

Previously wrote a review with the heading "Now Waiting" Here is the update - Finally received my Mazda CX3 SD card after a 2 month wait. Royal Mail International service is awful. Installed in minutes and it is up and running fine.

I ordered an update for my dads ford


I ordered an update for my dads ford focus sat nav. Unfortunately the first one did not work. I emailed on xmas day and got a reply which was not expected. I was told to send back for a replacement which I did. The new one arrived and did not work again. So again sent back and the replacement worked. The communication was very good and it did get sorted.
Highly recommended for customer service.

AVOID!!!!!

Back in July 2022 i purchased a satnav SD card, They sent me the wrong SD card (not a major problem). i spent weeks trying to get them to confirm they were going to send me the correct one but eventually they did. I sent the old one back and after weeks of chasing a confirmation of safe arrival, they acknowledged it and said they would refund me. weeks went past and a good few emails (as i was giving them the benefit of the doubt) and i got a refund albeit a lesser amount then the SD card the charged me for. i am currently still waiting for the rest of the refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. i have reported them to trading standards.

After ordering the wrong SatNav SD card, you had to wait weeks for them to confirm they would send you the correct one, and then weeks more for them to acknowledge the safe arrival of the old card and confirm they would refund you. When you finally received the refund, it was not the full amount that you had paid. You have been trying to get the rest of the refund for weeks now and the company has stopped responding to your emails. We understand your frustration and suggest reporting the company to trading standards, as this may be the most effective way to resolve the issue.

Now Waiting

Since my last review the supplier has contacted me and explained the mix up. Apparently order got lost at Royal mail. I am now waiting for the second attempt. Hope all goes well this time.

Avoid!

This is an update on outcome.
The SD card did not work so I sent it back. They received the package but told me the SD card was missing (it wasn’t), they then said they had refunded me and asked me to remove my negative review.
I waited a few days and contacted them again, this time totally ignored.
Had to contact PayPal to get a refund which I got 2 weeks later.
Be very aware that if your SD update doesn’t work you will have to go through PayPal to get your money back.
Have since sent my Becker satnav to a company in Aberdeen who have upgraded for £25.
I’d definitely avoid this company.

Ordered a Mercedes SLK pilot module and since they told me due to the post office strikes it would be late! I still have not received it and every time I send them an email it gets returned by the postmaster!
Not Happy!

No refund on returned card that didn't work.

Returned SD card which didn't work. No refund & no response from email or org blog. Feels like a scam to me. Am pursuing legal route.
