The education prior to actually being connected was of great benefit. Easy to top up electrodes as needed. It's not the most comfortable thing and being videod 24/7 is my version of horrid.

Relaxing experience

Easy to use system
Easy to use system, however the reporting provided is inadequate. The first report was very extensive. Fast forward 2yrs & there was more activity, but not enough information provided for a parent to make sense of.

I was apprehensive at going to SEER for the fitting of my EEG monitoring equipment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and friendly. My wait time was short.
