A very professional company, that kept us informed and turned up when they said they would. The installers Ryan & Connor, were effecient and courteous, and got staright into the job. We had 2 replacement doors and a window, fitted very quickly. Manager Gary showed up at the end of the job and explained the door locks to my wife.

So far so good waiting for door to be installed. Very good service up to now

every contact with this company has been a pleasant experience and every member of their team has been on time.
Marc & Nigel, who did the installation this morning, were clean, professional and helpful, they didn't waste any time just got on with the job. There was no mess when the windows were fitted as they automatically cleaned up after themselves. Marked improvement on some workmen.
If you are looking for new windows or doors these are the people to use.

Brilliant service

I chose this company again because they previously carried out two conservatory projects for me to a good standard. Based on that experience, I expected a similar level of professionalism. Unfortunately, this installation did not live up to those expectations.

While the window installation itself was completed, I experienced serious issues regarding billing and site care. I was invoiced £1,560 (including VAT) for an itemised scaffold to the rear elevation. That scaffold was not supplied or installed. A different and more limited access arrangement was used instead. Despite raising this promptly and paying the undisputed balance, the company maintained that the majority of the scaffold charge was still payable.

In addition, the workmen left a significant amount of debris on the top-floor rainwater gutter/parapet, including wood chips, metal fragments and screws. I have photographs of this. The area had to be cleaned separately to avoid blockage and potential damage, and I was not compensated for the cost of arranging this clean-up.

I attempted to resolve these matters amicably over several weeks, but the issues could not be resolved. The dispute has now been referred to the small-claims process and is awaiting a decision.

Given my previous positive experiences, this outcome was particularly disappointing. Prospective customers should ensure that access and scaffolding charges are clearly defined in advance, that what is invoiced matches what is actually supplied, and that the site is thoroughly checked after works are completed.

I am a returning customer having previously installed a conservatory with Sehbac. Nigel who is the local sales agent is a pleasure to deal. This time I had my windows and a door replaced and the process was seamless. Nigel and Marc arrived on time, were very courteous and took care of the property while they did their work and made sure evrything was tidy. The work completed in two days ahead of schedule and they were great to deal witgh. So far, no issies with the product.

Shocking, became intrusive and harrassing.
I filled in a form through fine line windows to find out my nearest retailer, no enquiry or asking for a call back. I then received at least 23 calls, numerous emails and messages over 2 days after repeatedly requesting them to stop. Driving me mad, intrusive and harrassing behaviour from them.

We visited the Colchester showroom, and were introduced to the sales director (Adrian) who talked us through some options. That very same day their sales rep Elliot Miller visited our property and measured up and gave great advice on our options. He was with us for as much time as we needed, and was very informative and engaging. We even chatted about his pokemon collection with my 11 year old.

It was a great customer service and we were very pleased to go ahead with our order - confirmed today!

We have been a customer of company for very many years and on two occasions we have required their services on an urgent basis. This was of course recently supplied and issues fixed on a very quick basis.
It is important for major companies to ensure that after sales service is in place and this is without doubt the best that I have ever experienced.
After Sales Service and maintenance is only as good as the administrative personnel at HO and as my last problem was linked to security, the repair was dealt with great speed and efficiency. This was done by Siobhan and Jason and my thanks to them

The crew displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness. Throughout the construction, they ensured the site remained neat and orderly. The project was conducted efficiently and completed on schedule. I was extremely satisfied with the completed conservatory.

I love the look, and design of the door. The fitter Gavin T, was meticulous on checking measurements, the alignment of the door, and adjustment of the locks. He was patient, and made sure that I could open and close the door with ease, before he left our premises. Unfortunately, when I tried to unlock the door after he left, I could not get it open. I rang the SEH/BAC office, and Gavin T returned immediately, gave me advice, made more adjustments and checked my actions to ensure I was able to use the key comfortably. The reason I had problems was because I have arthritis in my hands, so check with the sales rep, when you order, to ensure you do not have the same initial problems I had. From showroom to finish we were very impressed with the organisation of the conservatory project. We were given a schedule of works which pretty much stuck to plan this enabled us to get on with our lives with minimal disruption. All of the contractors were polite and respectful of the house and surroundings. We are loving our new space. Thank you.

From show room to paying everyone was excellent, service was excellent in show room made very welcome, fitters were excellent professional, and the staff dealing with order and paying excellent as well, I will come back to SEH BAC , THANK YOU ALL

There is nothing I can fault about my window and door installation.I was unable to be there so did not meet the 2 gentleman but when I came home I was very pleased with the results.They were very tidy , there was no mess got me to clear up .The windows and doors look great

Our window lock failed 2years 10 months after installation, they now want us to pay just over £96 to replace it. Disgusting. We have had quite a few problems with this company so I could not in all conscience recommend them.

First time we have engaged with this provider and we found everyone really friendly and helpful answering the questions we asked, and ones we didn’t. Professional and efficient.

All went well from design to construction, the quality of the product is superb.
