The very WORST card I've ever used!!! You buy the card but are unable to view any terms until AFTER you pay for it! You can't use it in so many places, even Amazon won't accept it. I got it to ship on temu. Nope can't do that either! The fees are ridiculous and I can't wait to figure out where I can spend this last $30 on it and be done with it!

Do not do business with this company they will lie to you and when you try to get your money back they want you to write in this company is bullshit

Wish I could do negative stars...our card was charged $1300 over 42 transactions... we've been disputing it since early March...no resolution...they keep giving us the run around...then when you call customer service, it's outsourced to some foreigner that can't do anything more than pick their nose...next call is to my attorney.

I'm on a fixed income they took 995 off of My card I thought I was buying a 1 time use card paid 2 dollars for the card and then they took another 9.95 I only put 20 dollars on it to start with called and they would not refund the 995 sorry but I feel i have been robbed

If i could give it a negative i would i only bought the card to purchase a online service and added 20 bucks i went about my day and decided now ill buy the service i get an error so i check the account and was charged 10 bucks already for a monthly service?? Wtf now i didn't have enough for what i was planing on buying....jew bank not recommended

i bought this card put 500 and the locked it ,this was on the 1st of month and its now the 14th and they still say i have to wait for investigation on why they locked card!? i ask to transfer to someone who knows they say your not allowed to speak to bank , i hope they shut these ppl down

I was hacked and my pin was obtained. Unauthorized transactions from Pittsburgh to Miami. I reported it and was declined because they believe that your pin can't be hacked. So I sent info from the FBI showing and explain how in America that these hacker are using new technology to obtained account info. Still was declined a second time even though my money was FDIC insured. The investigation was done in South East Asia not America so ever despute will be declined. You are not protected. Don't use Serve.

Don’t buy this Serve visa debit card it is a scam.. they will charge money for every dam transaction.
I loaded this card for $ 80 last year and used only once for $8, since then, they are charging me $4 as a not used charges.
Not my balance is $12.
I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Highly not recommend.

Denied me and said I could only possibly use my card after three hours. Total fraud. I can't even. Get a refund on my cash I put on it.

I only used this card to make online transactions. I was trying to transfer money to my CashApp card which I have done almost daily. Was advised by 2 reps that I couldn't transfer to CASHAPP ... ? Because it was policy. ? I questioned the fact that this POLICY apparently wasn't in effect at 12:13 p.m. when I made a transfer but suddenly at 12:17 p.m. there is a policy regarding the one and only thing I used this card for!! Was advised this has always been their policy. LIAR'S. THE NEXT DAY...was able to make a transfer using a different SERVE card/ account, that I had gotten when a friend owed me money and she just went and put it on a card and sent it to me. That should have been my first clue to run run run as fast as the wind away from the company! Because they wouldn't allow me to take any of the $300 off the card until I applied and received a permanent card from them..so they held that money hostage for 10 days.... They have something going on with 10 days, that is what I have been told about everything!! SO BACK TO THIS ISSUE.... since they told me I couldn't get the money off the card, I hurried and tried to transfer from acct number to acct number instead of the other way I had been doing it.... I didn't know at the time it could only go from a SERVE acct to another SERVE acct. I used my bank acct number and paid a guy $30 via his debit card number... SO I KNEW THE MONEY WASNT PROCESSED...IR DELIVERED ANYWHERE...SINCE THE INFO I USED WAS INCORRECT....I called to stop the transaction and the wouldn't do it...said I had to wait...3-5 business days, the next person I spoke to told me totally different info and 5-7 business days...next I was told 7-10 and now we are up to 10-90 days... SERIOUSLY!! ONE CHILD TOLDTOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT IN A DISPUTE ON MY BEHALF...I NEVER REQUESTED A DISPUTE...I KNOW I MADE THE MISTAKE WITH THE ACCT INFO BEING WRONG I KNOW I DID IT...NOT DISPUTING THAT ....I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK.... MIND YOU FOR OVER A WEEK IT STILL SAID PROCESSING... I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ONE OF THEM TO UNDERSTAND ME...BUT ALL THEIR DOTS MUST BE SLIPPING...PLUS I DON'T THINK THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO DO ANYTHING RELAR BUT ADVISE FOLKS THEY HAVE HO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS...I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM BUT NO WORRIES I AM HERE NOW AND I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOU. NO WORRIES MAM... NO WORRIES..THEY XAN BARELY SAY THAT..LET ALONE WHO SERIOUSLY BELIEVES THEM WHEN THEY TRY TO TRLL YOU THEIR BANE IS NICK AND THEY CAN'T PRONOUNCE IT...I ASKED HOM HOW DO YOU SPELL THAT? BUT...EVERY OTHER TRANSACTION ON THE ACCT SAYS " COMPLETE" NOT A SINGLE ONE HAS EVER SAID DELIVERED....? I FEEL LIKE SOMEONE, MAYBE NICK WITH A Q... WHO KNOWS AT THIS POINT...but I FEEL LIKE SOMEONE JUST DID THAT TO SHUT ME UP... BECAUSE NOW IM BEING CALLED A LIAR BECAUSE THE ACCT SHOWS THE PAYMENTS WERE MADE TO WHERE I SAID TO MAKE THEM...SO IT MUST BE TRUE IF THE SCREEN SAYS SO!!?

RIPPED OFF ON A 10 DAY BENDER!

Scam. The letter for activating my card says NO MONTHLY FEE in bold. Then I get a monthly inactivation fee! I argued and talked to a supervisor and manager today, and they all explained it's a valid 'monthly charge'. They refused to refund my money and told me I needed to spend my money. It's outright hypocrisy, theft, and a total scam. DO NOT USE.

I got the card. There is no one to call for questions or help - just a customer service number that answers FAQ. No person. Then I get a notice to activate my card. I did what they said - and it said - oops error!!!! There was no error, just a corrupt and thieving company.

The serve debit card i purchased recently. Is no good. When i wanted my money back on it. They told me i couldn't cash out at an ATM. Their horrible. Their online system doesn't work. At all. And then they penalize you for going on line. Never again i won't buy this catd

By far the worst place to put your money. I called to dispute a transaction that was still pending. I informed them that I did not authorize that purchase that was done by some online company that I never even heard of. Yet you all allowed the transaction to go through for whoever that was to steal my money when you all had the ability to stop the transaction when I notified you but you didn't and I will never get my money back because I believe the people that answer the phone when you call about things like that are the very ones that are stealing the money to begin with. I believe it's something that you all do to everyone and you keep their money 90 days let it dry interest and in some cases people get their money back but I've not got mine back. It's way for you out of steal from people like charging a dollar every time they use their card is not stealing enough you all have to actually go in there and steal more money from people brick and mortar Banks don't do that they would have stopped the transaction immediately you people suck you're horrible worst possible Bank anyone could ever use. Nothing but a bunch of lying thieves.

After a month and a half of $1300 being stuck in their transfer section, they don’t have the technical ability to reverse it or to push it through. It’s just stuck in their system. It’s been escalated. Do not ever get this card especially if it’s for taxes. If you guys use Jackson Hewlett do not get the Serve card after a month and a half. I’ve pretty much realize that they steal your money even though the money shows up every time I call I cannot access it and they keep telling me oh we’re gonna do something about it. We’ve already escalated it don’t do it.

It was the worst customer service in my life. Very unprofessional, not helpful. I’m not able to even touch the money in the account. No one should ever trust or use this brand!

Just got off the phone and I am going to the cfpb. Then I’m going to make a post and get together as many people together as possible for a class action and use ai to copy/send to cc of about 100 lawyers to see who responds. By the way to access the secret customer support was to call the Mastercard number and hit already a customer and type the social/card number wrongly over and over again. Then some how that got me to report a stolen card. And if you hit 1 it gets you to their top secret customer support team. Then you have to tell them it’s not stolen and you can’t get your money out. Anyways. I may be poor but I also have free time and I’m going to do as much as I can. Hopefully the man in charge of serve goes to jail. They’ll find him.
