De plus, j'ai parrainé quelqu'un pour devenir usager de Skiptax, ce qui devrait donner droit à un pourcent supplémentaire.
Mais impossible de trouver dans l'app ou sur le site comment corriger/notifier cela à l'équipe SkipTax et je n'ai pas non plus trouvé comment les contacter, on se fait promener d'une page web à un petit robot en pure perte de temps.

At first Is hard to understand the process, however once the documents are scanned, the reimbursement is easy and fast to request.

I had a fantastic experience with Skiptax! I made a purchase at Pharmacie Cap 3000 and departed from Malpensa Airport in Italy, but encountered an error in the app when trying to scan my customs-stamped form.
I reached out to their support team via email, and Laura responded and handled my case with incredible efficiency. She guided me step-by-step on what documents and receipts were needed, and the issue was fully resolved in no time. The support staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive.

This app is very easy to use and worked perfectly for my trip to Disneyland Paris. Step by step way to claim back sales tax when making multiple purchases which are the under single application threshold. With help pages to show shop staff to get the correct information. In Disneyland Paris just the receipt from the till is used. Other purchases you have to rely on the vendor, I found many shops would not provide the correct receipt but this is not SkipTax’s fault

Practical, easy to use and efficient.
Follow the guideline during shopping, validate at the customs, because no Pablo station and everything roll as described and advertise.
Get the refund the following day. Amazing.

Simple system to operate and the upload of the data to the App and issue of the barcode is really speedy. I got my refund into my bank account in 12 hours!
