Skiptax est un tres bon site. Attention aux utilisateurs qui veulent se faire rembourser sur revolut.
Pour le Revtag il faut retirer le @ devant le revtag sinon votre remboursement n'arrivera jamais sur votre compte. Pour ma part j'ai perdu du temps avant de le comprendre et de modifier. Sinon très bonne application qui mérite encore detre améliorée notamment pour le service client et le chat.

Easy to figure out and was paid next day. Sadly had a lot of issues with the app but worked using the website.

The app doesnt work well as an android user. It keeps glitching and cannot use the taking photo function. Does not recognize photos of receipt, passport, or selfie taken while in the app. Also the barcode generated on the app does not work at the pablo kiosk. Use the barcode from the form they email you instead. Pretty difficult to use.

Fantastic experience. Works well. You do have to update your details every so often but getting the tax refund is straight forward.

Very quick to pay refund, got money back within 24 hrs. The app is a little glitchy/sluggish but worth perservering with.

Easiest thing in the world to do.
Uploaded the receipts, removed any food, drinks, asked for the bar code. We were flying airfrance out of Charles de Gaulle - 2E. Gate 4. The skip tax is right next to it. Scammed the bar code got the green tick, app updated a couple of minutes later to say we were all good.
Came home couple of days later, the money had not been received so I checked the app and it needed a better selfie from me. Uploaded it and the money was in my account in minutes. Would definitely use it again

Very easy process and simple to use the app makes the whole process easy and efficient. The machines at the airport were easy to use and only took a few moments to complete the process.

I think the app is pretty simple to use. There are only 2 things that we’re having issues with. First one was it keep asking for update selfie and I have retake the 4 pictures after it was submitted and than it would ask again. Another issue was my husband was using the android version and the camera/upload keeps glitching and could not take the photos and have to use my IOS apple app to process. But everything else was smooth.

Easy to use and app was easy to set up, money back in my account less than 12 hours after leaving France. Would definitely use again.

Seamless. The Calais Wine Superstore handled the entire process and all I had to do was present the barcode at the tax return office, well hidden behind the check-in at the car ferry. None of the six machines in the office worked, so a staff member scanned my barcode and the refund was made.

退税手续简化，不必寄回原件，直接上传海关盖章的照片即可，值得其他退税公司借鉴，极大的方便了顾客退税，退税也很快到账，只是有一点奇怪，我希望退税到账的是欧元💶，为何收到的是美元$，我没有消费美元，信用卡需要还款欧元，如果退税是欧元，我本来可以抵消部分欠款的。无论如何，我还是很喜欢贵公司的退税流程。

Outstanding company! Always used Global Blue in the past and gave away too much. With Skiptax, i got back 80% of the VAT and it was hassle free. Just upload the receipt on the app and you get the payment once you complete formalities at the port / airport. It took me 5 minutes at Calais to submit documents. VAT refund came the very next day!

Really quick to process tax refund to nominated bank account. The App itself needs to be improved for user experience. But after finding a workaround to its quirks it became an easy process.
