So i bought this headset.
And it is missing a part from when i opened it. So i asked if they could sent me the missing part, but no.
They want me to pay around 22 - 25 euro to sent the whole thing back just so i can get that missing part. I can't really see, why i have to pay and cover the shipping when it is clearly their mistake.
And not to mention how the customer service lied. They first told me it would only cost a few euros to sent it back, which is a lie. Then they told me it would only take a few days for them to get it and sent it back, which also is a lie. It will take 5 days for them to get it and 5 days for me to get it returned so 10 business days in total as minimum. So i will have not headset for the holidays, if i return it. The whole thing just feel like a scam. 0/5 stars.

Stellar service. The person who helped me on their chat made sure I updated the firmware properly and I can now use my Grinds when I had resigned myself into replacing them.
I’ve trashed a dozen Logitech wireless headsets (I’m disabled) and my Grind earbuds have been amazing.
I am very picky with my customer service and this company truly goes above and beyond when it comes to helping customers. From fast responses to great advice and help, it makes buying products from their company and easy choice! Thank you so much for everything you guys do! I also want to thank your CSR Rosanna for being so helpful and amazing!

Worst earbud I've every bought. I've gone through 3 pairs of the dime true wireless earbuds. First two pairs one of the earbuds stopped working or wouldn't hold a charge. The third set is nearly impossible to charge unless I hold the buds in the case the entire time. The second I remove my finger from holding the earbuds in place they instantly turn on/connect to my phone. I also purchased the Jib true wireless earbuds and had the exact same issue as the first two sets of Dime True, one earbud just stopped charging and working completely. Would never recommend these earbuds to anyone. Spend the extra money and get something that actually works!

Hello everyone. I am going to talk about my experience with Skullcandy. I bought my Crusher Evo six months ago and I could not be happier with them. I am a Bass Man fan and this is what I was looking for for a long time. The battery is great, the sound is amazing, design and quality of the materials are strong enough to support a big head man like me. They are heavy, true. But you get used to it. I am not giving 5 stars just because it is impossible to make the app work properly on my phone. The Bluetooth works perfectly, playing the music as expected but their own Skullcandy app doesn't. I tried too many different things to make it work but I just gave up. However, two of my friends are buying them too, as they envy me so much because of the sound. Hehehe. It does not have "noise cancellation" but who cares... When playing the tracks, I don't need anything else.
Please, engineers, it is time to sort out the app issues...

I purchased my first pair of earbuds in '21 or '22. Any issues I had with it, e.g., not working, was quickly resolved by either checking the Skullcandy website or their YouTube videos. Recently, my right earbud stopped working. I sent an email and received a quick reply from Jensel. I also submitted a warranty claim. I was subsequently provided with a gift card for a new pair. After follow-up emails with Hanna, I received my new earbuds. Not to mention, during this issue, I purchased another set of Skullcandy earbuds from Amazon. Great follow up on Skullcandy's behalf.

I had issues with returning my ear buds, problems being at my end. The customer care agent, Hanna R. was AMAZING. Going above and beyond helping me to resolve the issues I had. I am completely satisfied with the customer care I received and without doubt, one of the BEST customer agents I have EVER dealt with.

So unfortunately this will be the 4th pair of headphones that I have had to send back due to multiple different issues. This time the Push Active left earbud stopped working. After attempting to troubleshoot the issue with no success I tried to submit a warranty claim but the site would not process it even with my order number. Though that was strange as I only received these back in May from another warranty claim.
Sent an email to customer services and began interacting with Jensel. I voice my displeasure with Jensel and after a few back and forth emails I was able to have the return shipping covered!!! Thank you Jensel for helping me out with the first step of the process and restoring some of my faith in SkullCandy. Here is hoping that I am not without headphones for to long and that this pair stays working for longer than a few months.

The technology can be kinda hit-or-miss (I've had headphones for years and earbuds for days before failing). However, Skullcandy has always made it right through their customer support and flexible warranty.

I asked for a refund replacement in 3 days, they said in an email after 3 days of my e-mail that there will be no refund or replacement policy.
I didn't get the features that I wanted, Replacement is there in all e-commerce-sites, and they didn't keep the refund process.
Will Reevaluate the product for replacement also,
In the price of their product, other products are available in the market with very good features.
When brands don't believe in their own products, they are selling them in the market.
Provides service to the customer
- Only 1 mail id has been given, auto-generated mail comes in it.
- And the customer service of these people is also not good (This is my continuous call for 15 days, the call got disconnected just listening to the music.)
- The worst company, the price of the product is half that in other platforms.- Spoiled online shopping experience
