I highly recommend Slater and Gordon for anyone navigating the SEND tribunal process. Fighting for your child’s rights is incredibly stressful, but this firm completely ease the burden. Their team take a diligent, no-nonsense approach and pay meticulous attention to detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that children receive the vital support they deserve. I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Gurvinder Samra regarding my son’s EHCP. The solicitor provided a phone consultation, during which she provided clear, practical advice about the appeal and tribunal process. The initial consultation was free and I will be contacting her for further support.
She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout, and I felt much more confident about the next steps after speaking with her.
I truly appreciate her kindness and willingness to help without any obligation. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing advice around EHCPs, appeals, or tribunals.
