Amanda has been dealing with my claim. She has been very helpful and is very quick to respond to any questions I have and explains things well. Very professional and great service.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Slater and Gordon while they’ve been handling my claim. From the beginning, the process has been clear, professional, and well managed, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

A special mention has to go to my legal advisor, Amada Kid. She has been absolutely amazing throughout always prompt in responding, incredibly helpful, and very reassuring at every stage. No question was ever too much trouble, and she consistently kept me updated, which gave me real confidence in how my case was progressing.

Her professionalism and dedication really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t have asked for better support.

I had been allocated Slater and Gordon when the previous law firm just suddenly stopped representing me. This was back in 2020.

Over the years I complained a lot. Mainly at the level of service, or the lack of it. The case handlers (and there were quite a few) all sing a good tune once they start then I would find myself chasing handlers/forms etc. It was really hard frustrating work. I complained to the CEO directly regarding the lack on communication a number of times. To be fair he always replied and then the case would go forward then back to the usual poor standards.

Then one day it changed. Beth Mackay a team leader got in touch. For a while I was apprehensive it would just go back to the norm. It did not. This lady kept me informed, answered queries and was so helpful. She chased up the case and with the help from Ryan Ellis the case/claim was settled. Finally.

I would give Beth and Ryan 5 stars personally but the last five years dealing with the company were not great.

They are both a credit to the company and I hope other solicitors/case handlers learn from them how to conduct themselves when representing clients.

Slater & Gordon offer ‘car finance claims’ following the widespread publicity of finance irregularities in the motor industry.
I signed up almost 12 months ago and have received some updated contact from them since.
Their initial email, to sign up, was 35 pages long without, I could not find, any mention of what they were representing me for. A solicitor colleague could not find it either.
However, in all those emails not one identifies what they are representing me for, ie date, vehicle, dealership and value.
They have not replied.
Since then I have repeatedly asked them but still without response.
I realise that I have signed for them to represent me in this matter but without their response/information I need to consider parting company.
I would like them to contact me with the details I have requested.

Had an excellent experience with Slater and Gordon in relation to a personal injury claim. My Legal Advisor Amanda Kidd was extremely helpful and responsive answering my queries in a timely manner and keeping me updated on the status of my claim which led to a good outcome.

I went through a laborious onboarding process which took significantly longer than it should have done. The lady, Nosi was repeating every thing back to me and it was very confusing because I had to keep repeating myself. I uploaded all of my evidence through whatsapp as requested and then had another long conversation telling me they wouldn't take my case, however wouldn't tell me why. Nosi told me to check their guidelines on the website, it would have been helpful to have been given a clear reason. A very frustrating experience.

I am not thankful enough to the greatest And the only one Donna Rose, she is just like her surname Rose 🌹.

I would like to go just a bit in to my long long story that laste 4 years and 1 month long.
My case was that I got hit by some thieves with the stolen car and they smashed my car into pieces and got injured bad at that time.
From my own insurance I was given a courtesy car For over 7 month because they wouldn’t answer or give me Any update on wants going on with my car.
When they finally answer they returned my write off Car and they took back the one I was driving.
But later one I was emailed and called by rental company asking for the payment of over 7 months because my insurance weren’t paying them so they came back to me to pay that debt.
I was dealing enough with my injuries now had to deal with this sh*t aswell .

Donna Rose 🌹 she was amazing, she managed to calm me down I was in depression she managed to make me feel secure that I won’t pay anything from my pocket and she did.
It took long but at the end of all I’m grateful that I had the chance to be handled by Donna Rose.
