Awful customer service and shipping - don’t buy drones here
Awful customer service and absolutely no help when you reach out to them through the chat function. You cannot trust DJI what’s so ever. Maybe their products are good but don’t expect your products to be delivered on time, at all...
A couple of reasons not to buy from DJI:
1. On their American website (dji.com) they say they have 24/7 support - that’s not true it close after 6PM or so PST
2. On the website they say delivery will be 1-3 business days with Fedex or UPS. When you have purchased the product and receive your tracking number, it is a different story. I ordered my prone on June 23th. it is now June 28th and nothing have been communicated from DJI'side even though they promised to keep me in the loop. In the beginning it said "Expected to be delivered on Friday 26th by end of the day", which was aligned with what they tell customers doing the purchases process. Be careful buying products here if you need them with a short notice, you cannot trust their information on the pages. They do anything they can do to make you purchase a product and then they do not deliver..
3. Now on day 5 since I purchased, the shipping have now changed to July 1, but there is no tracking history whats so ever.. I do not expect it to arrive the 1 of July, which is 7 days since i ordered.
4. They charge money instantly on your card, and don't care when or what they deliver.
5. After being promised a delivery date the drone is still in China and there is no delivery dayt
6. They do not give you your money back
7. When they say “my manager is not available, can we call you back” that is not happening either
8. They are offering me $10 in DJI credit which is a joke and offending!! Instead of offering something take some actions and make your customers satisfied and give them what they pay for.
Horrible customer service, very unstructured company, greedy, no communication from the company, a lot of false information and promises that they cannot deliver on.

Drohne nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht da
Ich hab noch nichtmal meine Drohne erhalten. Bestellt vor 2 Wochen, angegebene Lieferzeit von 2-5 Werktagen. 2 Aufträge durch die Lappen gegangen, da ich meinen Typhoon H vorher verkauft hatte und diese Aufträge mit der Mavic 2 fliegen wollte. Jetzt kommts, nach 3 Wochen, also heute, rufe ich bei DHL an und bekomme zu hören, dass mit dem Tracking (ich dachte es sei defekt) alles in Ordnung sei. Die Drohne liegt immer noch in China!!! Außerdem teilte man mir mit, dass das dicke Ende erst noch kommt, denn die Drohnen die aus China kommen (also die die im Dji store bestellt werden), werden in Amsterdam vom Zoll erstmal beschlagnahmt, weil irgendwelche Leistungsdaten nicht mit den Angaben auf dem Papier übereinstimmen! Ich werde nun stornieren und mir die Drohne über Amazon kaufen, da beträgt die Lieferzeit nämlich wirklich maximal 2 Tage. Es ist sehr schade das es keine Konkurrenzfähigen Drohnen am Markt gibt, denn dann könnte Dji sich sowas nicht erlauben
Worst customer service from DJI
Worst customer service from DJI. The product was not shipped for 10 days after ordering. All the "status update" emails were scripted and the person had no clue or interest of answering customer real concern. I asked them to add protective cover for my drone and charge my cc but they flat out asked me to create a new order and pay for extra shipping. Even though the existing order is still sitting with them. I wish I checked the reviews before hand. Its better to buy the drone from costco or amazon.

Ho ordinato una dji osmo il 3 giugno e ancora non hanno spedito nulla cercando varie scuse, tra cui la mancanza del prodotto in magazzino. Il servizio clienti è inesistente, non sanno darti spiegazioni e utilizzano risposte preimpostate, ho chiesto il rimborso e mi invitano ancora ad aspettare che arrivi una email senza spiegarmi come e quando avverrà il rimborso, sito sconsigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista.

Ich konnte die schlechten Bewertungen nicht glauben, kann sie aber jetzt bestätigen. Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen die Combo Mavic Air 2 bestellt. Bestellung lief gut. Zahlung natürlich sekundenschnell gebucht. Dann wurde mir auf Nachfrage im Servicechat mitgeteilt, dass es -entgegen der angegebenen Lieferzeit - zu Verzögerungen von mindestens zwei Wochen kommt. Ich könne ja stornieren. Dies habe ich gestern per mail getan. Heute habe ich im Servicechat nachgefragt. Ich könne nicht mehr stornieren, weil die Bestellung im "shipping" sei. In der Bestellübersicht steht es weiter auf "wird verarbeitet" auch noch zwei Stunden nach dem Chat. Natürlich werde ich die Bestellung widerrufen aber der Kundenservice ist absolut schlecht. Ich denke man wird einfach belogen! Schade, hat dieser Hersteller eigentlich nicht nötig.

Absolutely abhorrent company. Payed £1000 for a drone and was REFUSED...YES REFUSED cover because I hadn’t purchased cover within 48 hours of activated machine. Tried to return drone and was REFUSED REFUND because drone was outwith 14 day return period. Seriously avoid these CONMEN! There is no aftersales customer service. It’s non existent! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My order from 19th May ask 26 may answer to DJI live support what is going on because in the store says Orders 0. When after some time the chat support answers me, the only answer I got was You must wait we mail you. Why webshop orders after a confirmed payment say 0 orders he cannot tell me, same what will estimate delivery time, I not follow how they can sell like this, and run live support that can give no answer at all.
Extremely dishonest and misleading
Extremely dishonest and misleading, very upset. I purchased my Mavic Air as an Australian price match from DJI direct which included the extra warranty care refresh plan. When drone repairs were required, I contacted DJI support and after 2 months of emails I was told that I don't have a care refresh plan. After another month or so I was offered a care refresh plan update at a 50% discount which I took up and paid for. When I lodged my batteries repair request a month later I was told that the warranty no-longer is valid because 12 months have passed. Mind you, they took 4 months to respond to me. Will never buy another DJI product again and I suggest that you seriously consider not to also.

I ordered from DJI.com. I got an empty box stuffed with cardboard. I contacted them and are clueless. I never had an issue with any store based in US/Canada. I have to figure out how to deal with this situation.

Je passe donc commande le 4 Décembre d'un Mavic 2 Zoom avec smart télécommande, auquel j'ajoute le kit Fly plus.
2150 Euros.
Produits indiqués comme dispos, livraison prévue entre 10 et 15 Jours.
Date de commande + 15 Jours, je reçois un mail m'indiquant, qu'à cause d'une rupture de stock, je ne serai pas livré en temps. Pour se faire 'pardonner', DJI m'offre généreusement un bon d'achat de 10 Euros ! 0,5%, sérieux ?
Par contre, pas de date prévue de livraison. Le Noël de mon fils s'annonce bien triste, lui qui attend son drone depuis l'été...
Je m'adresse au service clientèle. Réponse sic "Nous ne pouvons pas vous livrer, par contre, nous pouvons vous aider pour annuler votre commande" !!!
Ni une ni deux, j'annule ma commande et me tourne vers Amazon (Je n'achète jamais rien sur Amazon, j'aime pas...).
En dix minutes, la commande est passée, validée, et je reçois un tracking number, mon drone me sera livré entre le 26 et 27 Décembre.
Cerise sur le gâteau, l'ensemble est au prix de 2048 Euros, soit 7% moins cher que chez DJI... Je crois rêver.
A oui, j'oublie de dire que l'annulation de commande et donc son remboursement prennent 2 semaines chez DJI. L'histoire n'est donc peut être pas terminée.
Ils font peut-être des drones du XXIeme siècle, mais leur présence internet est très XXeme siècle.
J'espère juste que de futurs acheteurs visiteront ce site. Si tel est le cas, n'achetez rien sur le store DJI, ils sont incroyablement nuls et ne comprennent pas ce que service veut dire.

Great Company, but delivery times could be improved with Expedite Shipping
DJI make excellent drones and products and are a great company, I love their products, their shipping times and customer service are poor.
I needed to order a second battery and gamepad for my recently acquired Robomaster (£500) which had arrived on 1st November and had shipped from China on the 29th Oct 2019. (Ordered 23/10/2019)
The problem has occured over this order for the spare battery and GamePad (plus a pre-order - see later in my review) which I was unable to purchase from any UK retailer. The order was placed on the 3rd November and paid via Paypal for £170, the money was actually paid to DJI the same day and the funds left my account in the early hours of the 3rd/4th November. I have proof of payment from Paypal in multiple images and screen shots, and they also confirmed payment was made to them on the 3rd November.
Their web site claims delivery 8-12 working days after payment confirmation for delivery, to me this means that the order should be actually with me on the 13th (earliest), however when speaking to their online support, I was advised payment had not yet been "Received" on my online order, and the expected shipping date was the 14th November and to allow 3-5 days for Delivery (so 16th to 18th November) - Their site clearly says Estimated Delivery Time (not Estimated Shipping Time)
DJI will not take payment from your bank account when paid by card until the goods are shipped however Paypal take the money immediately and pay DJI Immediately- there seems to be a severe delay between it showing online as paid on your website account additionally DJI claim they have no expedited shipping option - which in this day and age clearly needs to be addressed since most orders with free shipping are over a high threshold.
I also have an a pre-order for the Mavic Mini Fly More, this is for an order at £495, again no expedited shipping and this is stated as having an estimated delivery of 20-25 working days from payment confirmation. The authorisation has already been processed (but money not taken) and when contacting them on this one as well, I was told the expected shipping date was around 1st to 3rd December 2019, and to allow again 3-5 days for the courier. This again means 30 days to 35 days for the actual order to be processed from start (payment) to finish which inc weekends (or when I actually receive the goods), whilst I understand that weekends are not included, it is still 'extra' days I now have to wait, when I feel it should be mid-Nov to late Nov before the goods are delivered,
Having placed my order for the battery and the gamepad with DJI, I was checking the internet about 6pm in the evening of the 4th November and I found a company outside the UK who had both items in stock, I opted to not order the gamepad from them (despite the shop offering to ship both), but did order one more battery from them, service from the other retailer to the UK was excellent and their shop shipped it on the 5th (I paid about £15 for UPS - which is understandable), and it was delivered to me by 9am on the 6th. I may now order from them in future since their payment and delivery process is far better.
I have had several chats over the order for the battery/gamepad with DJI online staff, most promised to chase this or email me with an update or expedite my complaint, however 48 hours later and i have not heard anything, I am still waiting a reply to a support email raised on the evening of the 6th November, I was told today in a chat (7th November) that a supervisor will call me in the next 24/48 hours.
UPDATE 09/11/2019: a support ticket was raised and I am now chatting via this ticket, via TrustPilot and also via two other communication lines. Whether this speeds up my order delivery date I will see.
Whilst I understand they need time for authorisation for the payment, on both instances above, funds are already in a seperate account and authorisation made, in respect to the order for £170, funds had already left my account on the 3rd November and I am still waiting for my order status to change to shipped which it should have done at least 4th/5th November.
Update: 8th November 2019 - 6pm
Call was received by Supervisor, however he rang my mobile (not landline which was number passed to him) and when I answered the call ended, so I had to call China to chase it, finally they located the supervisor who then called me back.
Problem was explained and he has said he has 'upgraded both orders to 'Priority' - Not sure if this will make a difference, time will tell

Goods for the Battery/Gamepad was shipped 11th November and has been delivered on the 12th November.
I have cancelled my pre-order for the Mavic Mini Fly More Combo which was due to be shipped 1st/2nd December, as I have found a retailer in Europe who has this in stock and it will be delivered on the 13th November.
Update: 13/11/2019
A great personal email from DJI over all issues raised above, order for the gamepad/battery was safely received on the 12th, due to escalation of the the gamepad/battery and all the effort DJI Store have taken to write to me and correspond, plus escalated the above order to arrive 5 days before the shipping/delivery date I have increased my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The Mavic Mini alas was ordered and delivered from elsewhere but this was because I wanted the goods before the 20-25 days.
