Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service, its pointless to speak to them, either online or via email. Firstly I have recieved a faulty controller with my brand new drone, trying to resolve it and proving my point was a nightmare. Then It crashed in a very unclear sittuation, Care Refresh replacment is a totally different drone. It drifts, looses connection, takes ages to calibrate IMU and goes into ATTI despite having plenty of satelites. When I send it again to be fixed, they apparently replaced GPS unit. Nothing changed. Still flys like pig and image badly drifts. Shame on you DJI!

DJI thinks that im stupid

DJI thinks that im stupid.
I Had to pay in DJI CARE REFRESH 98€ plus taxes 21% for a drone replacement. I told them that i have a European vat number so i dont have to pay the taxes so they sais ok and send me an invoice of 119€. If i don´t have to pay the taxes in the first invoice why do i have to pay them in the second?
It doenst make any sense. Or they may think im stupid!

AT LAST IT'S OVER. I'M FREE!

You can see my previous reviews at the DJI thread, but at last I've given up. I've paid the DJI Care payment I had after 6 months of a (cue swear word) drone and DJI's total complete (cue swear word) excuses, let alone appalling assessments, to get a new drone and controller and I'm going to to sell it. I'm so completely disgusted with DJI I'd rather not fly. I would feel ashamed and owned if after all this (cue swear word), I would have to fly their drones.

As I can't afford a proper drone, and the consumer market really doesn't have anything better, I'm happy to offer my services as a pilot or camera operator for the bigger shoots. Also happy to volunteer for Marine Reacue or Surf Lifesavers, if they want me.

I'm exhausted with this DJI nightmare. Tired of Cas and her geofencing (cue swear word) for why it was losing transmission. Tired of Jenny and her short sighted (cue swear word) with handling the eventual accident I had. Tired of Dora and her (cue swear word) saying they checked the flight records and isn't find any connection loss errors and auto-RTHs as a consequence, even though the dromeisless than 500m away in open territory. They said it's geofencing and fly somewhere else, in an area where others fly without problems.

And really tired of the appalling assessment of the DJI of whats wrong with the drone. So stupid. Beyond stupid. The gimbal isn't tacking properly but they aid they recalibrated it and it's fine. I know I did that and more before I sent it and even before the accident and calibration didn't do (cue swear word).

I really hate this company. It's really easy to see the fake reviews vs the ones where people are as appalled as I am at their total denial. I really don't know how some Chinese people live with themselves. They are Asian trailer trash. Even with the support they got from international investments, they learned nothing about quality and integrity. They only worship money. I design a different currency where one has the chance to worship ones creative self and that of others, but that's another story.

Anyway, they may have won the battle, but they will lose the war. I paided my ransom to be free. Not long now, and all this crap will be over.

Store OK, Service Après vente ???

Je n'ai jamais eu à utiliser le SAV mais le store (que j'évalue actuellement) lui est très bien, la livraison est rapide, le site propose une promo étudiante, produit bien emballé enfin bref, rien à dire à part sur le DJI Care qui semble poser beaucoup de problèmes.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DONT BUY HERE!

Horrible service don't buy online with this people. Their products are probably good but they are not good at all in delivering them.

My order number is 0332707748098. I bought a product in dji.com the 22 nd of September, in the description it said delivery time 2-5 working days. I am going on holidays the 6th of October for a month and I still haven't received my product so I called Dji Germany and asked for a refund so I could go to a shop directly and buy what I need, her answer was NO and good luck. No solutions to the problem, no empathy, just go to the shop, buy the product again and when you receive your product who knows when you send it back to England under you cost and we might refund you.

I will not buy anything online from this company ever again and I recommend NOT TO BUY anything from this website.

Mavic Pro 2 commandé le 23/8/2018 sur le site délai annoncé 3-5 jours ouvrés.
Nous sommes le 3/9/2018 toujours rien.
Le service client n’est pas réactif et envoie des messages bateau...
Quant à DHL, le pompon, le service client est payant, bravo, ils ne tiennent pas les délais et faut payer pour le leur faire remarquer !!!
Je ne suis donc pas satisfait.
Donc attention aux dates mensongères annoncées.

3-5 day delivery? Sorry...definitely NOT! - Do Not Get Fooled

Ordered a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and FlyMore Package at 23.08.2018 with a delivery of 3-5 days, so time enough, before my flight to Chile goes a week later (for which I've actually bought the Mavic 2 Pro)

After the 5th day, DJI sent me an email with a tracking number, which said, that the Mavic 2 (without the FlyMore Package) has been sent... from Shenzen, China.

I've contacted the support 2 times now (today it's the 31st), but I've got no answer at all.

Every day the tracking number said, that the delivery is a day later, now it says: "The Estimated Delivery Date is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

That said, I paid 1768€ for an approx. 2-3 weeks delivery, instead of 3-5 days, no answer from the support, article arrives when I'm on my travel and then it will go back to China, because nobody's here, who's able to pick up the item.

The irony on this is, that DJI already sent me a mail to don't forget to update the firmware of my brand new drone.

Bravo, DJI. You've totally messed up my travel.

Horrible after sale service

Horrible after sale service. Dji is good about making you feel comfortable buying their products. Once the payment transaction is done and the box is open it's like your thrown in a big jar with the rest of their unsatisfied customers. please take my review seriously. I saved for years to afford a drone that's taking more than 3 months to replace. I did all the research and even purchased the 150$ Care service. I literally tiptoed through this whole process and still got burned. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND INVEST IN ANOTHER AERIAL BRAND.

Great product but the worst after sales…

Great product but the worst after sales service. They would not tell you about delays if there are any, and estimated time for a refund is longer than the delay. I seriously recommend buying their products from a company that sells them for the same price like apple. At least you can expect some clarity and better service.

Disappointing customer service and …

Disappointing customer service and product.

My drone crashed because of battery fault. They only gave me 30% discount on new drone but could not use it as the did not like to take away the tax for our company as they demand in our country for tax refund!

Their Chinese background really shine thru on the service.
