Great service

Ordered a tracksuit late friday night, had it tuesday morning (probably would have been monday if it wasn’t a bank holiday in Ireland).
Seen the negative reviews here about delayed shipping, sent a very panicked email regarding my order as I was under pressure for time, got a very prompt and professional email back.
Absolute top notch service, could not fault the experience from start to finish.

The courier claim they don't deliver to where I live in Trinidad
I changed to an address in Miami and they wanted me to do over the application.
I changed my delivery address in Trinidad and I am still waiting on a response.
Total Failure

A united fan for over 40 years, I’ll never shop at the united shop again!

I tried to cancel my order twice, before it was dispatched, because I realised your sizing guide was wrong and I needed a smaller size, but was unable to, I was told by customer service “ If undelivered, the package will eventually be returned to us for a refund.” Unfortunately I couldn’t refuse delivery, because my package was dumped, unattended at my gate, I then find I have to pay an extortionate £6, to return the products I tried to cancel. My complaint has remained unanswered and I am now over £10 out of pocket with nothing to show for it, as I can’t afford to now re order in the correct size

Ignoring issue of missing items in my delivery

I placed an order but clearly should have checked their reviews first. The keyring I ordered was missing from my order and I told them over a week ago through their online chat. After the chat, they had someone named Nina Peterson email me asking for the same information already provided again and requesting a form to be filled in and that was over 3 days ago. Thankfully I placed the order with PayPal so will open a case if they don't reply to my third email to them now. Additionally, all but one product still has the labels on them, I will return everything for my money back should they not deliver what I paid for. Don't order from the store, this is the last time I purchase any Manchester United merchandise, it's the principle, never thought a brand such as this would behave so unprofessional over a £5 keyring they haven't delivered, extremely petty for them to behave like thieves and show complete disregard to issues they have caused. Manchester United is a name only going one way... Down.

Son will be let down

It is my sons 9th birthday on Saturday, Ordered aged 9-10 shirt and they have sent aged 7-8 years. Tried contacting but been put through to AI intelligence. Asked for a contact number or human to talk to to be told no one is available for up to 48 hours. Absolute joke. I was warned by family and friends to use another store and the reviews are bad enough on here. I wish I had listened. All he wanted for his birthday was a United shirt.

Ordered a personalised shirt for Xmas


Ordered a personalised shirt for Xmas for my daughter, arrived fine.
But upon first and only wash all letters have peeled off, followed instructions as per label- never had this issue before.
Have made contact by email on two occasions have got no further than them asking for my postcode
.
Currently have a shirt that cannot be worn- disgusting after sales service.

Absolutely shocking service!!

Absolutely shocking service!!! First of all an Item arrived damaged which was refunded. Secondly I noticed the set of badges I received had 2 Ronaldo badges and no Beckham. I repeatedly asked for the correct badge to be swapped. They asked me to send the whole set back which I did, however they never sent a replacement instead refunded me which wasn’t what was discussed. I will now have to repurchase. They are no longer on offer and will also have to pay P&P again. I emailed again but have received no reply.

I brought something from Fulham over Christmas for my brother and all arrived in excellent condition. I am trying to get my sons to support them instead now.

Badge stuck on sideways

Vintage jacket came with the clubs badge stuck on sideways!!! Xmas present my grandson wanted. Had to go to ground shop on Xmas Eve morning and buy something else. The staff at the grounds shop were shocked and apologetic but couldn’t help as separate businesses. I am shocked they have license to sell using the clubs name especially with their poor reviews. Poor workmanship poor quality control poor customer service. I advise to pay less and buy from a non official company.
