Very Poor

Very Poor -
Which is a real shame considering the brand and the price of items.

There was an issue with delivery on 2 kids football kits. As receiver and not the sender I can't make a claim for the packages. And I have had no meaningful response, despite many many and many again attempts.

- perfect time of year to be rubbish as well. so thanks for that.

Top Marks to Utd Store Staff

No issues with my order. Although i made a nistaken when placing my order in that i hadnt changed my address on my account, and feared my order would be shipped to my old address, and being a birthday gift, i was quite stressed
I need not have worried, a quick contact with customer service soon had the issue resolved, and my order was sent on time and arrived in time for my.sons birthday

Item was discounted, packaged well, quick enough delivery considering i live in Ireland. No issues, I often buy from the Manchester United store and will continue to do so.

Ordered a Christmas gift

Ordered a Christmas gift, when it arrived part of the gift was missing. I explained that the package was not opened when received and not tampered with by the courier, however, despite chasing numerous times, customer service don’t even respond. My first time shopping with Manchester United and definitely my last, you don’t treat customers this way, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID this place like the plague.

An item was missing from the package

An item was missing from the package, which was not tampered with. I contacted them immediately, having to fill out a form, and 2 weeks later still haven't received a replacement. Just keep getting fobbed off by email saying they are 'investigating'. Disgusting customer service

Items purchased for Christmas gifts so can’t comment on how accurate the sizing is

BUT I will comment on the packaging. 2 adult items squeezed into a plastic self adhesive bag for posting that didn’t really fit as the self adhesive closing strip was attached to one of the items contained inside. So on opening the delivery the bag containing one of the items was completed ripped apart by opening the top of the package. Expected much better considering I paid £4:50 for shipping.! really disappointed

usually there have been no problems. but that time I haven't received my package, now order the things on 30/12. you can only write to a chat robot so just say you have to be patient

Customer service sucks!

I’m still waiting on an order from November 24th, I’ve emailed multiple times and the only response I’ve gotten was an automated email saying they’re treating my order with care and will update soon. They did not in fact update soon. Customer service is awful. I still want my package and will continue emailing until I receive a response

A terrible returns policy meant I was


A terrible returns policy meant I was heavily charged (well beyond the postage costs, I might add) when returning an item that really wasn't fit for purpose (training trousers that were too thin and flimsy).
In future I'll probably get generic Adidas training gear and forget about the United badge.

Avoid buying from this store

Avoid buying from this store! I ordered a child's hat which would barely have fitted a toddler so decided to return as would never have fitted the 7 year old child I had purchased for. There was no option to exchange for a bigger size. Also sizing was not clear on the website, sizing shows the same for a child and youth? Including delivery paid £21.37 and was refunded £10.87 absolutely disgusting! Will never be buying from this store again!

Poor service, lack of updates

We ordered from the online store on 21 Nov. The status of our order today is still 'pending'. We cannot talk to anyone about the problem and just get automated responses to our enquiries. They have taken the money from our credit card but we have no idea if the order will be fulfilled for Christmas. Very disappointing
