Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I’ve ordered 3 items for my son, only one has arrived. I’ve contacted the store via the portal and keep being asked to fill in a pdf. Can’t access this on my mobile and I have no access to a printer. I’ve explained what is missing no refund or replacement sent. I am unable to speak to an actual person and have to wait for 48 hours between emails to get a response. Currently £30 out of pocket with an unhappy 8 year old. Worse customer service I have come across in a long time.

Quality clothing

I look forward to this time of year when the shirts are discounted. As the cost continues to rise, it's becoming increasingly difficult for me to afford such luxuries. I am satisfied that I eventually could wear my hero's name shirt off the pitch.

Incredibly unreasonable returns

Much like Shane's review below, I've also had a horrendous experience trying to return an item. The hat I purchased is a women's hat only available in one size; unfortunately, the front of the cap above the peak is too big and too straight, meaning it stands straight up above my head and you can see that it's gaping and doesn't fit properly. I don't know which woman's head it was designed for, but most women's heads are rounded.

I enquired about being given their returns address so I could post it back to them, because their returns fee on their returns portal is SIX pounds. It's a small hat, I could post this with the same courier (Royal Mail) for £3.55, or another one for less. I'm not opposed to paying returns shipping; I've done it many times with other retailers. What I AM opposed to is being forced to take a £6 reduction in my refund for an entirely unreasonable returns "shipping" fee. Consumer regulations state that a fee should be reasonable, which this isn't. I also know as I work in ecommerce that as a retailer if you have a contract with a courier, very often depending on volumes they can provide you with a preferential rate, so it's possible these returns labels cost even less.

After my initial enquiry and a generic reply on the 6th Oct, I've since sent FOUR email replies all of which have been ignored. I also pointed out that I'd notified them I wanted to cancel/return within 14 days cooling off period, which would mean they'd have to refund my original shipping costs. I wouldn't have bothered with that had this fee not been enforced and then me being ignored 4 times. What disgusting customer service.

I am also close to the 30 days return window and don't know what to do here. Perhaps I'll risk returning it myself to the address Shane provided in his review, or else have to pay a £6 fee on a £20-odd hat.

It's incredibly disappointing how dehumanised the process of shopping on this site is. The club is going through enough difficulties at the moment without alienating their fans even further. I unfortunately won't be shopping direct here any more and will be shopping through alternative retailers, if at all.

Please, consider changing this ridiculous policy. I understand if I'd ordered loads it would cost more to return and would happy to pay a sliding scale for returns based on this. This fee is a quarter of the price of the hat!

Faulty item sent

I purchased a football kit for my son's birthday age 9-10, with the name Mbueno and number 19 on the back. However, the numbering was printed in an adult size, making it fill the entire top. I’ve already sent six emails to compalin and request a replacement, sent photos of the issue but had no response! This is unacceptable, my child can't even wear it, looks like something you'd find at a Turkish market! The service has been terrible, and it’s left my child really disappointed. I’m beyond frustrated with how this has been handled and still to this day not recieved a response to the item purchased on the 22nd September!!. Dont tell me to email customer services as ive done this 6 times already and yet to recieve a response!!, order number GE9709541503GB. Ben Walker

Returns fee is daylight robbery (they do not reply to emails).

Bought 3 of the 24/25 shirts. They are all far too thin. They're thinner than the toilet tissue ypu had to wipe your backside with in school. I went to return them and they will deduct £6 from my refund. I've tried desperately to contact them to find out the return address so I can send them myself. The only reply I received was asking what I'm returning- even though I'd provided the order number, they never provided the return address and have now ignored all of my subsequent emails. I am now, due to their delays, and non-replies, extremely close to the 30 day deadline so have no other option but to choose the £6 deduction.

I am going to have to suck it up and use this experience as a learning lesson to never order anything from the United online store again, and instead use Adidas direct, who offer free delivery and returns and the customer service is far superior.

Embarrassed and ashamed at the behaviour of my club.

Furthermore, when you reluctantly choose to return via the £6 option you get sent a label, the instructions guide you through what to do, stating that you can choose 'bring my label' option, this is actually not possible to choose. The only option is to print the label yourself. I do not own a printer and have no access to a printer so I am now left with no choice but to pay for postage myself, which is £3.80, that would be fine, and much cheaper, but the company, Global-e, will also still deduct the £6. Meaning it is now costing me £9.80 to return.

Anyone needing the address to avoid the £6 charge, it is:

Produit pas de qualité

Long délais de livraison et pas de suivi.
J’ai commandé le nouveau maillot de l’équipe 2025/26 pour l’offrir à un anniversaire donc je l’ai fais floquer. En le recevant, le maillot est froissé en boule et le flocage s’est collé avec le reste et tout s’est abîmé. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que s’est 🀊🏻‍♀

+2wks to Resolve my Issue!

Item was not delivered properly and was stolen. I provided correct forms and still took +2wks to resolve my issue. Having to raise a seperate ticket to raise attention to my other as I got 0 responses. Poor service and was not even honoured my birthday discount for another order due to their screw up. Will not be purchasing directly from this site again. As a Man United supporter & as someone who works in retail I’m very disappointed.

Retro Schmeichel 98/99

I ordered a Schmeichel 98/99 retro shirt it came in 6 days to denmark. looks great feels great.

Only reason its missing a star is because the tracking was a bit wonky but when it got into my country the tracking became on point again.

And as it was from out of eu (Great britain -> Denmark) i expected to pay some sort of tax on it but it landed in Netherlands and from there shipped to denmark making me not have to pay that.

Great experience would shop again.
