Beware if ordering internationally

I have placed an international order on 14/08 and they processed it around 18/08 which is not that bad. They provided a tracking number for the order. The order actually arrived to my destination country on 28/08 which is not bad at all, but here where it goes wrong. I waited for more than a month for any other updates. The order is late already, but I figured with all the cuts to the budget and workers being fired this is expected. Until on 1/10/2025 I checked the shipment status and it shows that they are returning the shipment back due to ineligible address. I contacted the store and I got a message about how they're sorry and they'll refund the money. The thing is the address I provided is as detailed as it gets and it includes a phone number that you expect the local delivery to contact, or they would at least contact the sender "Man Utd Store." No, they just send the package back after all this waiting time.

I know that you guys suck at the pitch, but to handle a simple order like this? It's disgusting whether it's the Store's mishandling or the cheap/bad shipping company they're working with.

I advise you to not order internationally and if you really want to give it a shot, expect a struggle for your items to arrive and roll the dice on if it's even gonna happen.

Not shopping from them again any time soon.

Great experience - everything I wanted was in stock, priced reasonably, and was delivered really quickly and efficiently - can’t think of anything more I could ask for !!

Top was damaged on arrival
but great customer service!

I’d just like to voice my thanks to Katie Storrs for all of her help with the issue I had with my original home jersey. My wife bought it for my birthday, and on opening it I found that there was a noticeable hole in the jersey. Katie helped me through the entire process and understood that I couldn’t provide some information such as the packaging it arrived in - as my wife had wrapped the top beforehand.

Katie was able to offer me a full refund, which I immediately used to buy another jersey. I can’t thank her enough for her help, I’m planning on getting tickets to the Aston Villa game at home next March so will definitely be wearing it with pride then!

Don’t care about customers at all

Ordered a shirt online. Paid £4.50 delivery plus the shirt was £80. I then received the wrong size shirt. I was given a free return after complaining however I never received the refund for the £4.50 delivery. So I have been charge £4.50 for absolutely nothing and haven’t got the shirt. Won’t be ordering ever again. If customers are spending a large amount of money the least they can do is give free delivery. Or give the correct tshirt that the customer has paid for. Appalling!!!

Overseas purchaser

Being an overseas purchaser, my order was delivered within the time frame noted in the messages/notifications I received from the seller at the time of order.

There was no damage or missing items.

The only disappointment I had was that the Beannie I ordered had a rubber logo instead of the embroidered one, which I was expecting. I wish it were better described in the product description.

I would, however, order again in future.

Fab 1960’s retro shirt

Purchased 1960’s retro shirt. It is perfect. The shirt was originally shown as out of stock, but the web-site allows one to ask to be notified when the item is back in stock. So no need to continue to check stock levels. Excellent.

I placed an order on 7/21

I placed an order on 7/21. It shows it shipped on 7/25 but it hasn't moved since 7/25. This was a gift for my son's birthday on 9/3. I have email customer service multiple times and have not received any response. I will not be ordering here again and will dispute the charge.

Terrible Customer Service

I have ordered two jackets off this site. Both delivered in good time, but now I want to return one that is the wrong size and get a replacement on the other as it's damaged.

They asked me for pictures of the damage 10 days ago to which I sent straight away. I've since followed up 4 times with them and they've ignored me for over 9 days. On top of this, there is a £6 return cost of each item. In this day and age that is disgusting. Terrible customer service

Firstly, we just wanted to correct one thing you said. We do not charge a £6 return fee per item. There is a £6 return fee to return something in your order whether its one item or many in an order. If you have been charged £6 per item, something has clear gone wrong so we will look into this for you.

Item missing from order, customer service non existent!

I ordered two items from the united store, only one arrived. I have enquired via the relevant channel (email as there isn't a phone number) and achieved absolutely no joy from the responses. I get asked the same questions that I have previously answered. The process is very slow and it's me that is left out of pocket. The packaging was fully intact so it is obvious that only one item was packaged and dispatched. I am not getting any answers to my emails now. Please don't answer this review telling me to contact customer services as I have already done that but I still don't have what I have paid for. Send the item or send a refund!
