No direct communication from postal carrier

The postal carrier left a message on the website that they couldn't deliver my package. Whilst I was present at home. And I cannot reach them in any way to enquire when they would deliver again. No email or phone number or anything. So I'm still waiting for them to deliver and I'm not even sure which postal service is being used to deliver my package which I have been waiting for over a week now.

Poor quality items and shocking customer service

Hi, my son his a big Man U fan. I’ve bought him a few shirts now but the third shirt and this seasons home shirt have the presses on lettering, they have both fallen or falling off. I washed them as soon instructed and as I always have. I have tried to contact them, which was tough to find the contact in the first place, to as for replacements as I feel these are very pricey and should not be coming apart! Poor quality. I had a response the next day that someone will be in touch, I’m still waiting after 3weeks and I’ve chased but still nothing. For such a big organisation, the products and customer service is disgusting!!

Problemas con la Aduana española

El envío habría llegado a los 3 días de hacer el pedido si no llega a ser porque la aduana del aeropuerto de Alicante retuvo el paquete casi una semana,pidiéndome mucha documentación y cuando lo recibo noto que lo habían abierto y las bolsas donde estaban las camisetas estaban rotas.

Ordered a Utd shirt thinking the size I


Ordered a Utd shirt thinking the size I ordered would be fine. Turns out the top fitted a little on the small side so had no option but to return. Charge for delivery:£4.50. Charge for return:£6.00. Overall charges for delivery and return £10.50!!! Absolutely ridiculous. No way of trying on without ordering (unless going to a store). Will never order again from them.

Worst experience (from a silver season ticket holder)

I am a long-time supporter of Manchester United and currently a Silver Season Ticket Holder for 25/26, as well as a Full Member. Previously, I have also been a Premium Member.

While I appreciate that the club has been working on budgets and cost efficiencies, I hope leadership will view this review as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the customer service team regarding a membership discount was extremely disappointing.

On August 12, 2025, I received an email announcing the new 25/26 third kit. The email stated that Season Ticket Holders would automatically receive a 10% discount online at the United Store. On August 13, I logged in to the store using my registered membership email (the same email I use for both membership and season ticket records) and purchased a customised authentic third kit (long-sleeved) and a hoodie, totaling £200. At checkout, however, the discount was not applied.

I immediately submitted an online form reporting the issue. On August 14, I received a reply stating that I needed to log in with my membership email (which I had done) and that if I had only recently purchased my membership, I might need to wait 24 hours before the discount applied. Since my membership was renewed in March 2025, this clearly did not apply. I responded the same day with detailed explanations and screenshots confirming my membership details. From that point on, I received no further response.

On August 19, I called the Membership and Ticketing hotline. After a long wait, I was advised to contact the United Megastore directly, though I was told they might not be able to help either. I also submitted a second online form, but the reply I received seemed generic and simply directed me back to the ticketing and membership services team. In short, responsibility was passed between teams without resolution.

To be clear, this is not about the £20 discount. As a supporter, I happily spend far more than that following the club to matches and finals across Europe. (As a matter of fact, I attend all home games and club finals whenever I could in recent years and I spent over 100 times of £20 for a single trip to Bilbao for the last Europa final). What matters to me is how members and loyal fans are treated. Being ignored after providing clear information, and being passed between teams without accountability, was a frustrating experience that (I hope) does not reflect the values of a club like Manchester United.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively. Supporters want to feel valued, and I believe improvements in customer service would go a long way toward strengthening the bond between the club and its fans.

This is my honest feedback as a dedicated supporter who only wishes the best for Manchester United.

Over Two Hours for Shirt Printing Unacceptable

We visited the United store to get the boys the new away kits printed, and while the main store itself was fine with only a short queue the experience quickly went downhill once we were directed to the external printing area.

Despite arriving at 12:20pm, we ended up standing outside for over two and a half hours just to get two shirts printed. The system in place was chaotic and completely inefficient. Staff were calling out numbers that had arrived long after us, while also skipping ahead by nearly 100 places. It was impossible to understand the order or logic, and the lack of clear communication only added to the frustration.

To be fair, the staff were clearly doing their best under pressure, but they were visibly overwhelmed and understaffed. It was hard not to feel sorry for them. With such high demand, it’s baffling that printing isn’t offered inside the main store or that additional support wasn’t brought in to manage the queue.

We finally left Old Trafford just after 3pm an experience that should’ve taken 30 minutes ended up consuming most of our afternoon. For a club of United’s stature, this setup was a letdown. I hope they seriously reconsider how they manage printing services going forward.
