Purchased 8 pairs of retainers in July and was sent 1 pair to test, I confirmed that they are fine and they said they will send the rest.

It’s now December and I still have not received anything.

Just checked the website and they’re closed down!

I recommend everyone to contact their banks or PayPal to get any money back they can!

If you paid recently by Paypal, open a dispute in Paypal, you might be lucky and get some money back, depends if they've shut down their bank accounts. I was lucky and got back the £200 extra for 'refinement treatment' that should have been free. Was about to take them to court, won't bother now as they've closed up. Shame, as with a bit more care they could have been good.

I’m near the end of my journey, however not happy with the results. I went to email and contact them but no reply , looked online and saw they have shut? I’m not sure what to do now, I’m left spending hundreds of pounds with no help afterwards.

Two year come January since I started aligners and I have been totally neglected. My teeth are a disgrace and they ignore all my emails!
Now they have closed the business. I’m out of pocket and left with horrendous teeth!!!! What can I do now? They have took my money and neglected me!

There is not much point in writing this now as I have just searched up the company which I got my teeth aligners from around 9 months ago and they are permanently shut. I am 16 but at the time of buying was 15 and used all the money I had saved up from Christmas and birthdays. The company did extremely well in making themselves look authentic as I got my parents to check what I was investing in was going to work. They gave me the heads up as the company was verified on companies house which is a website showing verified companies and the website is run by gov.uk so I had a fair amount of trust in this. 4 months on and i was left with a new gap in my front teeth which had been crowded before and the rest of my teeth look pretty much as they always have. Anyway my point in writing this is does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could possibly get any kind of closure from this and being 16 without a clue of what this company has done to my teeth, i now how to live with them for the rest of my life.

These people are ILLEGALLY PRACTISING DENTISTRY. They have NO GDC REGISTERED DENTISTS, and it is ILLEGAL in the UK to give DENTAL TREATMENT IF YOU ARE NOT A GDC REGISTERED DENTIST. First, I would like to ask that if anyone has any information re how to contact this company and get my money back, I would dearly love to know! OR if your bank has paid you back or got the money back for you, please let me know the name of your bank because my bank will not do anything. Briefly, these scammers messed me around for over 2 years plus another 18 months while I took them to court. The aligners they supplied are fake/do not work and actually make your teeth worse. Yet they keep offering 'refinements' and then demand money for this. In the end I asked for a refund as they did not straighten my teeth, which they kept ignoring/refusing, so I took them to court. They failed to attend any court hearings and the judge awarded me my money back plus costs and damages. Now they are SHUTTING down to AVOID paying me!! ABSOLUTELY disgusting as well as illegal. The Company Director Omer MIA is a complete FRAUD and has listed FALSE addresses on Companies House too! You watch Omer, I WILL get my money back in FULL!

Wish I could give 0 absolute joke been 4 months still not recieved my aligners want my money back.. if this changes I will change review but doubt it does 😂

Has any one got a refund from the company ? My bank says unable to refund as over 2years ago I purchased the aligners that I never received

Following a decent start, aligners then did not fit after 4 weeks. Holding emails to all communication over 6 months. I still have a lisp and cannot chew properly. Very damaging experience. No customer facing follow up support

Severely advise anyone to avoid this company , after 2 Years!!!!! Of a supposedly 10 month program my teeth are awful and instead of straight they are slated to one side and are worse than when I started. They also owe me money. I have not had any response from them for around 4 months, they ignore emails and messages. I really wish I had chosen any other company. They have ruined two years of my life and I will now have to go to another company to fix their terrible mistakes. AVOID, choose any other company and save yourself a terrible experience

absolutely avoid these. i ordered aligners and paid in whole, before the moulding set was even sent i found out i was pregnant so contacted and asked for a refund or delay as i didn’t think it would be a great idea to wear 24/7 aligners whilst pregnant considering i’d be more at risk of gum disease. was told no, would be fine and i couldn’t have a refund so to go ahead with it. obviously didn’t want to lose £700 so went ahead with them.

ended up with (shock) gum disease and cavities - have never had cavities before using these and my dentist said he couldn’t believe places like this could sell these services as they’ve destroyed my teeth. advised i let my teeth go back to how they were as they were so bad - had pushed my teeth back so that my wisdom tooth has grown in wrong and will need to be removed at some point.

2 years later my teeth are worse than how they started, i have horrible sensitivity and my wisdom tooth causes a lot of problems. have refused refunds despite the fact that i’ve had so many problems.

do not bother, go with an orthodontist and do it properly instead.

They have closed down leaving customers at various stages of treatment and trying to claw back refunds. If you are a customer go to Facebook support group Straight My Teeth Users, for peer help.

Warning you Keep away from this company. Its the worst company I’ve dealt with. Better go with anyone else. This company is awful they are dishonest and lying people, the worse customer service, they will lie to you. you will never get a good service from this company . Their offers are all lie. They don’t care about clients, your well-being just money grabbing company. You will never see your money back if you decided the treatment is not for you. I’ve paid for half of the treatment (£362) a year ago before my dentist advised I’m not suitable for the treatment I have not received a penny back. They will never refund you! I’m trying to get my money back through the small court as they don’t reply and completely ignore you. Please don’t use them, you will regret it!!!

Well well well.. just received an email saying
“To all our Clients
It is with great regret that we have to announce the closure of our business due to financial difficulties.
We ask all our Clients whose orders we are unable to fulfil, to contact their Bank or Credit card provider to make a claim in the form of a chargeback.
You can contact us until 8th December, 2022 by email at the following address”
I wasted £650 on this company but luckily after months of endless emails and false promises I got my money back off the bank and the bank managed to get the money from them.
So the should close as the service I experienced was absolutely disgusting. Feel for anyone who has had to deal with them and lost alot of money but if you send every email/online chat proof to your bank they can help like the helped me.

This experience has been terrible. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

After sending them back the impressions of my teeth for my aligners in August I have yet to receive anything from them (we are now in November) and the communication from them has been almost non existent with unhelpful platitudes when they have replied.

I have asked for my money back on 3 occasions and they have not responded. I am now going to my credit card to claim from them.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before starting anything with this company. My daughter had wanted her teeth straightening for so long, then earlier this year I paid for aligners with these people. This was to be her 21st birthday present. After the first 2 she began to have problems, aligners didnt fit etc. The company's response was to use the previous one for another week then push the next one on. Since this both my daughter and I have emailed Sarah, no response has been received after at least 10 messages. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. waste of money.

DO NOT USE! Spent over a year and a half straightening my teeth - they did not send me my retainers at the end and I’ve been waiting four months and my teeth have now moved

Awful communication, i had to have around 5 refinements because they didn’t know what they were doing at all. Stay away

Months later, I have spent hundreds on this service, I still don't have straight teeth, the company refuses to fix their service, and now they are not responding to my emails. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Appalling service.

I would say that it is much safer to use a local dentist for this type of treatment. Dealing with a faceless company is not helpful at all. I did the treatment for almost 2 years during covid times. Despite the fact it should have lasted only 8 months, the molds were not accurate so I had to have a second batch of molds to adjust the teeth which extended the timeframe. That in the end did not help either. I have since tried to reach a settlement with them in terms of getting part of the money back but they have just shut me off entirely and refused to respond whether by email or phone. Don't risk it by trying to save some money!

Do Not use this company! I had issues with the moulds as the trays didn't fit my mouth well, so ended up going for a 3D scan the dentist said it was perfect but Straight my teeth later said the scan was unusable and urged me to retry the moulds for free I had asked for a refund but they were very persistent. I tried again and yet again they did not work so I pushed for a refund yet again. They continued to try to get me to try again but I stood my ground. Eventually they agreed to a refund but then deducted the cost of all the additional mould sets which had previously been stated as free! I agreed to deduct the initial set and service fee and we eventually agreed to a refund figure after 4 months of back and fourth. After the refund period of 2 weeks I emailed and stated I had not received it and they said it could take up to 4 weeks. I wrote again at 4 weeks and it went to 8 weeks. At this point I filed a chargeback with my credit card provider and eventually they settled my case for me and I received a full refund! If I had persisted with SMT I still don't think I would have my refund now!
Always use your credit card for purchases like these as you can request a chargeback under section 75!
