I wish I could respond with no stars. This company has wasted there’s years of my life! I have paid for treatment and they delayed it for months each time sending wrong braces that weren’t even for my teeth. Eventually they sent me some
Aligners that fitted but after 2nd aligner the aligners again appeared wonky. I contacted their email contact but each time I got the same response. End result me with wonky teeth- worse than what I started with, huge gaps and over grand out of pocket. Like many other people I have now been blocked and no one is responding to my emails.

They lie about the end result. When you want to complain to them about anything, you only get to speak to a robot who gives you generic responses. They told me the aligners would fix my open bite. That was a lie. Waste of money!

I purchased aligners back in June I still have nothing and have lost £700. They do not update you and just send auto emails. Stay away from this company.

Paid £800, great service initially then they disappeared and stopped all correspondence. I've lost the money and have no straight teeth. Do not use this company.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A PENNY! I paid in full for Upper and lower aligners, got the moulds, sent them back and...nothing. can't contact by telephone, emails ignored. 10 months later and I'm trying to recover my money through the courts.

Since the beginning I got a lot of problems with this company, then I had declined to go thru it. After 2 months I received a discount to go ahead with the process and I decided to give it a chance. After making payments I waited since April 2022 to have my braces, and I received a box with only 5 braces for 50 days of treatment.
Now I still contacting them for my continued process but I don´t get any answer from no one in this company.
They Just got my money and no support anymore.
Their website chat was always online and had quick responses before, now I left the chat opened for 2 days waiting for any answer and no reply at all.
Emailed Sara and Zack, and no answer from them.
I´m taking them to court soon, but if u thinking to do business with them think twice otherwise can be a BIG problem after.

Paid in full, spent well over 1k. Had 12 months of treatment I wasn't happy with the outcome. Paid for refinement treatment over 4 months ago now and I've been fobbed off ever since. Sarah, who I've been corresponding with for over a year, has blocked me. I've emailed and called so many times now it's beyond frustrating!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t use this company. They took my money three months ago and still have no impression kit. Multiple emails sent to no avail. Over £1k spent with them. Total waste. Will be taking legal action

Same as everyone else. Great at the start. Quick, responsive. Got my aligners, worked well until half way point then stopped working, so they sent me a new kit to do more molds and get new aligners. Sent them off months ago and have heard nothing since. Keep emailing me back saying sorry for the delays and they will give me an update soon - an update that never arrives. Don’t waste your time or money.

Reasonably good experience to begin with. Slow but I persevered. Aligners arrived and course of treatment finished. Partially happy so asked if could revise. Paid extra got impressions. Sent impressions then heard nothing. They answer emails saying they will look into it and then nothing. I think the company have grown too quickly as the price is good and the demand high. The aligners do work they just need to employ more staff to respond to customers. I fear Sarah has drowned as she doesn’t exist anymore!

I joined SMT at the start of their startup. They were very responsive, polite, helpful and I received my aligners. My teeth have dramatically improved although not to the extent that was promised by the smile plan. There is still improvement that could be made.

However similar to other recent reviews, I’ve purchased the retainers but havnt received them. I too have been blocked by Sarah and no one is responding to the online chat or picking up the phone.

Unfortunately this company is going into administration hence their inability to respond to customers. I’ve had to use my credit card company’s refund policy to get my money back.

It’s a shame for them and us but if I could do it again, I would have gone for a reputable more established company and spent a bit more. I’m thankful for the progress they have helped me to get to however, and sad I couldn’t complete the journey with them. So a 2 star for my mixed experience and needing to spend more time and money to complete my teeth alignment. I will be going to someone like Invisalign or smile direct to finish my teeth.

This company are absolutely SHOCKING! an absolute scam! Paid £900 for the night time aligners it took 4 months to even get them to help much with getting my impressions done and then I sent them off 3 months ago and haven’t heard anything since! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I paid on credit card so there now involved in getting
Money back.

Absolute scammers 800 quid down and 2 years later you can't get hold of them after them asking for another 200 quid! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid for retainers, they haven't sent them and now have blocked my email address. Have emailed from a different address (which didn't bounce back) but got no reply. Pursuing further action and full refund.

Con Artists!!! Paid for treatment in November 2021 and in November 2022 I still do not have any aligners that fit. No response to emails or telephone calls. Unprofessional scam organisation that should be ashamed of themselves. Have lost over £700 - do not use this company!!!! Disgrace!!!

So, after months of going back and forth, with them sending me projections that made my teeth look far worse, I requested a refund. Again, after a few months of back and forth, they finally agreed that they would refund minus the impression kit fee. Then they came up with some quite ridiculous excuses as to why they couldn't send the refund yet, and now they have gone quiet. I have just had a CCJ issued against them and still they will not respond. I am now at the stage of trying to decide whether to pay extra to send the bailiffs into their 'Smile Studios' but I'm wondering whether they've all closed down. I'm loathe to throw away any more money, but really cannot afford to write off what I've already sent them.

Started my treatment in January 2021 and now it’s November 2022 and my teeth still aren’t straight! Don’t waste your money! Sarah does not exist!
They take ages to send out aligners that don’t fit. My bottom teeth they straightened but my top teeth are still not straight. I’ve spent over £1,000 and it doesn’t work. Don’t do it!!

Anyone very quickly realise that Sarah works an awful lot of hours!! they are a big con Sarah does not exist and had same issues as most they are very good at communicating at the take your money stage but dissapear quickly after!! I hope the owners get the book thrown at them with all the court cases

I wish I had read the reviews before I got screwed over.
Like so many of the other reviews, I’ve heard nothing. Left me with half finished teeth which is worse than when I started.
Absolute nightmare. I am taking out legal proceedings.

I don't know where to start, I started my journey off with straight my teeth and it has been horrendous been going back and forth since the very first lockdown, poor communication, wrong sized aligners were constantly sent out to me quality off the aligners were very poor. i have been waiting since February 2022 for a new set off aligners and still not had them so i got really tired off waiting so i requested for a refund, Sarah would reply back saying she has passed it onto the relevant team and that again has been months and still not heard from anyone now my emails to Sarah or the company are not going through every time i leave a v/m it is ignored.
