Since working with StreamElements, dealing with sponsors has been easy to do. I get my offers and then if I have any questions, I have them all answered straight away. They handle my payments so that I can just focus on streaming. Thank you :)

Talking about my StreamElements contact Rena, she's awesome, helps with everything even the silliest doubts you have, and she actually tries her best replying as much as she can, she's a 10! But talking about StreamElements itself, they should have way better sponsorships than the ones they offer, sometimes they ask for so much in the goals and the reward is not good at all, Researching who are they offering the sponsor, the community and games they share would be amazing since in one simple game we all share the same viewers/community, so as expected they should know that a lot of those people already did that sponsor, just better algorithm, better payment for what they want, and understand that if the game is not interesting for the people because is not the best game, isn't the streamer fault or community, is their own.

Amazing company giving streamers ability to receive sponsorships that they would not be able to receive normally.

StreamElements has helped bring many game sponsorships to my channel that have been very straightforward and easy to complete. The staff has always been very responsive and helpful answering any questions or fixing any issues.

If you can find a way to integrate the game sponsors / reward viewer goals in an organic way for your stream, you'd be silly not to run campaigns with StreamElements

LOVE doing sponsorships through StreamElements! It's always a great experience and there are much better benefits when doing brand deals through an SE representative than through your SE dashboard. I been working with streamelements for about 4 years now, and most of the reviews that i am seeing on here are from people who actively tried to fraud the sponsor company by having bot farms or using fake accounts to boost earnings when that is fraudulent behavior and is against TOS for both streamelements and the sponsor company. so i am not surprised that they were refused a payout due to that. i have only had slight issues with streamelements over my years of working with them and i easily had it handled within a few days. if ive ever had serious issues it was due to the sponsor company not paying streamelements like they were suppose too so my payout would be delayed. other than that great company to work with along with great chat bot and amazing overlay customization to make streaming less cpu and gpu usage on those single pc streamers!

Best place to get your streaming tools and sponsorships.

SE provids a lot of tools for live streamers completely free. They don’t try to freemium you into anything and most of the tools are quite good.

They offer sponsorships from big companies on a regular basis that would otherwise be unavailable to individual streamers.

The payments are always prompt and ontime. Ignore the false reviews by individuals trying to cheat and got caught. The company is 100% legit and enjoyable to work with.

I wrote a ticket about an error on a Saturday Morning. And before the support replied ob my email, I saw the solution within my account. And all that on a Saturday. Thanks for this amazing reaction time!

As you see in the title, don't take sponsorships from Streamelements. I just start streaming with my wife, we received sponsorship from them (Raid Shadow Legends). Community helped us and we make 1100$, we were happy because it Can improve our stream but they replied with automatic answers. I paid 60$ in the game and no refund too. SCAMMERS

I made over $300 in a Sponsorship from Raid: Shadow Legends. I recieved an email saying I "breached their Terms of Service after a through investigation" I have tried to find out more information from them, but they always close the ticket and tell me "read the Terms of Service" I have and can't seem to find anything that I would have done that would have broken the contract. There is no appeal process and there is no proof or explanation I did anything wrong. They cheated me out of the money I earned. It wouldn't suprise me if they are pocketing the money I earned. DO NOT USE THEIR SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM. They will steal your money from you.

I have tried again and again to talk to them but they just give the same copy-paste replies. i completed all the goals and earned a total of 354 dollars and now they refuse to pay me i followed the terms of service but they claim that I breached them. they refuse to tell me what i did or anything at all i have opened many tickets but they just instantly say solved and close it out.I even went as far as getting everyone who downloaded Raid Shadow Legends to send screenshots of the link they used and everything i sent that to them they just close the ticket so frustration

Hey @StreamElements, I’m Lisa Zink and I accepted a sponsorship with Star Trek Fleet Command. My viewers and I achieved all the goals, and some even spent money to support me. Despite following all the terms and streaming as required, I haven't received the money. It’s outrageous that the funds my community and I earned are missing. I fear the money is going into the pockets of those controlling the sponsorship. I even told my viewers not to use bots and just enjoy the time. If I don’t get the money, I’ll make this public, as many others have already done. The support has been unhelpful. #SupportNeeded #ScamAlert

StreamElement sponsorships are for people who either have enough viewers or just have the time to do this. If you don't, I wouldn't. They show you an amount you can make and that will appeal to your eyes but then looking at the things required to happen to get that money, it's really just not worth the time IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PEOPLE FOR IT! Having at least 100 people usually in a live likely isn't even enough because viewers have to literally grind and most time spend money in game for you to earn money. Sure, the profit is amazing but the likely hood of that happening is very low. I've done 3 total earned less than $300 over all and sure I'm no Mr. Beast but even with friends and family helping me doesn't earn as much as they make it seem. Overall, the support team sucks, the payout depends on your viewers decisions, you most times also have to spend money then get reimbursed and a bonus but it almost never works along with horrible support members it's just not ideal compared to other options. It's just very ehh for smaller creators which smaller creators usually use StreamElements.
