As you see in the title, don't take sponsorships from Streamelements. I just start streaming with my wife, we received sponsorship from them (Raid Shadow Legends). Community helped us and we make 1100$, we were happy because it Can improve our stream but they replied with automatic answers. I paid 60$ in the game and no refund too. SCAMMERS

Terrible Support, they are very unprofessional with pre-written replies which dont relate to what has been written on my side they are just copypasting stuff therefore if you recive an answer they are being very vague and not Clarifying or helpful.
Until now, i haven't recived an proper answer to my problem and as of recently not one at all it has been two weeks since they recived my ticket already.
Dont Waste your Time with their services seek alternatives.

I don't recommend the merch at all. It is a friccin scam. They take a major percentage from you when you get your profit. I recommend going to use Fourthwall for merch instead.

Do not accept sponsorships from or through StreamElements. You will not get paid. They do not communicate with users effectively. They will drop users claiming that their Terms of Service were violated, refuse to elaborate, and withhold funds while ignoring the user. This is not a trustworthy platform. Do not get financially involved with this company. Do not use a platform that cannot stand behind their own Terms of Service. They do not care about you. They want to steal from you.

Hi, I was contacted by Ant legion via Streamelements for a paid campaign I was supposed to receive $312 and not $0 what a great joke hahaha, never use this application!

usefull for streaming proposes and for organization of alerts and so on. Very needed as time comes up with streaming setups and content creator needs

from more then a year i delete my ac normal way like i dint want my account by StreamElements anymore
and i Found out that my ac It hasn't been deleted in a month and now i try agine and agine and agine , even the serves is sooo bad and discord server is soooo spam , ohhh myyyy ..
I JUST WANT DELETE MY AC COME ON ;;;,

They got my mail from somewhere or someone and sent me Newsletters and what else. As i asked them to delete my Mail from their system, they diddn't understad. They wanted me to give them any Account data, even i said three times i have no acount! They deny to delete my mail from their system or any related data.

They said "we can not do anything as long as you don't give us your account informations"

I don't know why they wan't such even i said i dont have any account, very weird.

A while ago I did a sponsor for hello fresh and I did get paid, however I did not receive the amount it showed I made. Last month I did another sponsor with puzzles and survival, met requirements and shouldve earned $314 however I got nothing.

I dont use streamelements sponsorships because I am canadian so that part isn't relevant here. I use the bot and stream overlay and they work great, I also have a new merch shop and minus some technical difficulties that have since been fixed, my shop is running, I have had sales and I love that subscribers get a discount. Quality of merch is also good and fans have loved it so far.

I already upgraded my game to level 26 and we played with other followers on Discord which I see their level. they also reached that level they mentioned. it was supposed to give me 516$ and I get 0$. You guys are looser. I wont user your site for another 1 secound.

These guys are legit!! We worked together on a YouTube sponsorship and it went smooth as butter. Highly recommend it :)

I'm not sure what's up with everyone else, but i've personally had a really good experience with StreamElements. I got a sponsorship from HelloFresh, I have gotten paid on time, sponsorships are easy to do, and it has brought me and my channel a bit more opportunity!

Got another sponsor recently too, so i'm looking forward to working more with StreamElements!

I've worked with StreamElements on multiple occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are very clear with what needs to be done and how much money you will earn up front. I have always been paid on time. They seem to pay much better than every other agency I've worked with and are much more professional as well.

I'm still waiting on $1,375 owed to me from a hello fresh campaign. they banned my account even stating there was fraudulent activity, but they would not say anything else, or even show me what they are referring to! it was just an excuse to not pay me. pretty sad to do this to someone.

Horrible support, that has no idea what's actually going they just feed you line of random excuses constantly. There sponsorship flagging system flags almost everyone resulting in delays that can stretch 6 weeks for payment, even though in the agreed upon terms and conditions state payment with be processed within 30 days. Companies like this that steal from people are the problem with this world. Don't accept sponsorships drop them as you'll do the work and make the business the money with subscription and then get robbed of your earned money.

StreamElements is a joke! They offer you sponsorships, and you complete all of the outlined goals, only to be screwed over. I have now been screwed over twice by SE. Once by not counting my goals and telling me, I failed the campaign, when I know I didn't... And then today. They don't specify that you can only do ONE sponsorship at a time, and when you reach out to customer support, they give you vague and lazy answers. They don't actually try to help you, and when something goes wrong, they'll blame the streamer for the sponsorship not working out. I will NOT be taking any more sponsorships through them. I wasted too much time with these, only to be treated like it's no big deal and it doesn't matter. Meanwhile, they're using streamers like me to get free advertising for themselves and other companies. It's just NOT RIGHT! It's not right to use streamers that work so hard on these sponsorships, only to be screwed out of the money they were trying to make.
