Absolute first rate service from beginning through to end. Having approached both Tag Heuer and a high street jewelers, the turnaround time and costs quoted seemed excessive, to say the least. Sent an enquiry to TagTime who responded within a couple of hours and less than a week later I have my watch safely returned with a new battery, all pressure tested and cleaned at a very reasonable cost. Just had my TAG S/el serviced by Alexis and Mark, the whole experience was excellent, great communication at every stage and the turn around was about a week. I had a full service and the watch looks fantastic! I bought this watch from new about 25 years ago and it has a lot of sentimental value so it was important to me that it was handled with the right care and expertise, I highly recommend you try these guys out if you own a TAG watch, thank you for the superb service!

I cannot fault this company. I usually send my Tag back via the jewellers, and it takes weeks. TAG Time had my watch back to me in no time at all. Communication was spot on, service amazing and cost was significantly cheaper than sending via the jeweller. I cannot give 6 stars or I would.
