Efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy. They recommended a complete service but warned about possible damage and explained any additional costs. On this occasion I declined the extra work as it was more than the watch is worth.

Fantastic service. I felt assured that my watch was in good hands and it came back looking like new. Alexis was very patient - I booked and cancelled two appointments (car trouble!) before arranging the collection service. Thank you - and I will definitely use TAG Time in future!

5-star service without a question, great communication even outside of business hours, very clear on the process, the costs and the timeframe.

My watch had multiple repairs and a service, including crystal replacement.

Just received on a next day delivery pre-1pm as I am shortly about to be out of the country, turned up in fantastic condition, well wrapped and as described.

I have been sending my watch direct to Tag Heuer for years for battery replacement etc, however I have now found TAG Time who are TAG approved, they collect and return, have a week's turnaround, compared to six, and are half the price, my watch has come back shiny and looking brand new, with a two year guarantee, I was kept up to date throughout. I am thrilled to bits, just wish I had found them sooner

So pleased with the service. My watch was collected, the hand refitted, battery replaced and case resealed and returned safely at a very reasonable price - under £100 all within 8 days. Communication from Alexis at every stage of the process was really reassuring and gratefully received.

Tag Time are an excellent company which I highly recommend. Their time to quote was quick and clear and their communication was excellent throughout.
My Tag Heuer Link was refurbished to look practically as good as when it was new.

A great company, they repaired/serviced both my and my wife's Tag watches and did a fantastic job on both. The turn round was very good, even though one needed a lot of work due to a leaking battery, and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend their services without hesitation, they were brilliant.

Absolutely thrilled with the work TAG Time have done on my 20year old Aquaracer watch, it genuinely looks like new.

The whole service experience was exceptional from enquiry, advice on the work, the regular/prompt communication and finally the end product.

Brilliant service on old watch.
Despite TAG saying they needed to replace the hands of the watch TAG Time were happy to carry out the battery service thus keeping the watch visually as it was. All old parts were returned and service was very quick with great communication all the way through the procedure. I'd be happy to recommend.

Wish I'd known about TAG Time years ago... Unbelievable service and value. Have used watch repairers and servicers in Hatton Garden previously but these guys are amazing, my daughters TAG came back with so much more than just a bracelet service, almost as good as new.. All our TAGS will be coming to you from now on... THANK YOU !!

Really pleased with the condition of my watch after going for a service and battery change at TAG time.

Just received my watch back from Tag Time and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. It required a replacement part and total refurbishment and the result was amazing, like a new watch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tag Time in future.

Like many others here I was not sure about sending my watch through the post for a battery replacement/service. Also like many others I can confirm the experience was 100% positive. Alexis arranged pickup and kept me updated at every step on the way and my 6 year old watch was returned 6 days later looking almost new after its clean. Will certainly use Tag Time again - thanks to both Mark and Alexis for the great service.

Sent my mums watch for 2 links and it came back like a brand new watch. Communication excellent the whole way through can’t fault these guys at all. A* highly recommend! :)

Previous reviews of this company were so right! My watch was collected on Mon and I have it back by Sat morning! Speedy and efficient service from start to finish. Big thanks to Alexis who did a great job in keeping me informed at each stage. 5 days turnaround and half the price of High Street jeweller who would take up to 6 weeks! I need not have been wary of sending an expensive piece to this company. They provide a first class service from start to finish - highly recommend.
