Hi Robert, we've checked your online account and can see it's linked to an old Breakdown membership that's no longer active. We've sent you an email with a link to close the account, which you'll need to use within 24 hours. After that, it can take up to an hour before you're able to set up a new online account.
As your current Breakdown cover is through your bank, you'll need a separate online account for your Insurance policy using a different email address, as the two policies can't be held under the same account.

I found AA quotes for car and home insurance more genuine and more reasonable especially home insurance.
One thing AA should give to their customers is a free breakdown cover when buying platinum.
