Purchased insurance and although I


Purchased insurance and although I received my documents via email the documents were mot added to my AA portal account. The person I raised this with via Web chat raised a ticket and told me it will be sorted within 48hr...still waiting. App does give option to find ir add policy detail...poor set up really.

Hi Andrew, it sounds like our IT team is working on getting your documents added to the portal. In the meantime, you can refer to the copies that were emailed to you.

We’ve checked and can see you already have an online account linked to your Breakdown cover. As that cover is provided through your bank rather than directly with us, you’ll need to create a separate online account for your Insurance using a different email address.
