Excellent help from customer service if needed.
I decided to choose the AA from the options from comparison website, although more expensive than the very cheap quotes, I trust a longstanding company also recently insured my car too. .
Initially used the online forms for a quote, that was straightforward. Realised I needed to change something then my application was refused.
Chat told me to phone. Exceptional help from customer services in Newcastle, everything sorted quickly and satisfactorily. Insurance now paid and paperwork in the post as requested.

My phone call to the aa to enquire about car insurance was handled by Nicola who was very helpful.
