Can see that several customers have had the same experience. Fantastic quality boots, have bought 6 pairs over the years but something has happened to this company. I think they are struggling. They do not refund returns. I sent back a pair 5-6 months ago and have contacted them several times but they do not refund my payment.

I already own a pair of boots and just LOVE them.

So this time I wanted to buy a pair of boots for my girlfriend. Right after ordering I recieved an automated confirmation, which said I will get another mail, when the package will be sent.
I recieved no mail so I tried to mail them.
Another automated mail, that replies can take 3 days or longer.
NO ANSWER.
I sent several mails, from 2 mailadresses.
No answer...

Then we sent a letter per post. My Tracking Number says it arrived.
But again, no answer....

PLEASE JUST CONTACT ME!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered what would be my fifth pair of shoes/boots from TLC. Very fast delivery, within 36 hours. Turned out my foot didn’t match the shoe, so I returned them, and now they are refunding me the full amount.
The few times I needed to engage with the customer service, they always went above and beyond.
Quality of the products are amazing, can’t wait to get my next pair.

I got my shoes the day after I ordered them

one month after ordering and paying, no shoes, no confirmation, no response except auto response emails that they will respond in 48 hours.
no phone number (for obvious reasons I suppose).

By far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I returned a pair of boots which the last conspiracy received on the 13th of January. I still didn't receive my money back and the costumer service takes 2 weeks + to reply.
The products are good quality, but the costumer service is just too bad. My advice is to stay away from this company.

The order arrived on time and was ok. I returned the product because they didn’t ft.

The return process took a long time because they don't respond to emails or respond after 1-2 weeks when you become more insistent.

Although the products are of quality, I do not recommend this company.

Die Schuhe sind live schöner als auf den Fotos.

Ich habe einen extravaganten und sehr gemütlichen Sneaker aus Pferdeleder und trage diesen immer wieder gerne. Super Passform, sieht grandios aus und hat eine tolle Qualität! Mittlerweile liebe ich das Pferdeleder, da es stabil ist und gleichzeitig geschmeidig wird. Und es wärmt besser als dünnere Lederarten, definitiv.

Die Größen passen ganz genau, wie beschrieben.
Der Versand erfolgt promt.

Was ich auch sehr schätze ist, dass die Schuhe in Europa hergestellt werden und keine Massenware aus Fernost sind. Dafür sind die Preise wirklich passend und somit moderat.

Thelastconspiracy hat die besten Schuhe, extravangante Schnitte, bestes Leder, sehr angenehme Innensohle und das beste Service überhaupt.
Seit dem ich diese Marke entdeckt habe, trage ich meine anderen Schuhe nicht mehr.
Ich liebe das Pferdeleder, denn wenn die Schuhe eingetragen sind, sind sie wie eine zweite Haut.
Übrigens werde ich sehr oft auf diese Schuhe angesprochen ;o)
Und es zahlt sich aus immer wieder aus auf die Homepage zu gucken, denn das Sortiment verändert sich regelmäßig, bzw. kommen neue Schuhe dazu.
Mittlerweile habe ich 5 Paar Funky Schuhe und Stiefel und ich liebe jedes einzelne Paar.

Jeg bestilte et par sko den 26. december, anden juledag. I håb om at kunne modtage skoene inden nytår, var jeg fræk, og skrev til dem samme aften og spurgte om de ville ekspedere ordren som det første, når de forhåbentligt mødte på arbejde den 27/12. I løbet af ingen tid får jeg svar fra Anders, at de desværre var lukket indtil den 30/12, men han ville lige vende tilbage, da de måske kunne finde en løsning alligevel.

Da jeg vågner om morgenen den 27/12, er der mail fra TLC, at skoene er sendt og jeg har samtidig modtaget et tracking-nummer fra GLS. De blev modtaget den 30/12, så jeg kunne have dem på til nytår.

Skoene taler for sig selv, jeg har haft to par sko tidligere, blandt andet et par støvler, som er 10 år gamle, som jeg stadig bruger og som er brugt meget flittigt og de er stadig præsentable… men aldrig i mit liv har jeg oplevet så fantastisk en kundeservice. Jeg følte, at der blev flyttet et bjerg for mig, så jeg kunne få de sko hurtigst muligt - og så lige midt i julen, hvor de jo rent faktisk havde lukket.

Tak Anders og Co. - det var ikke sidste gang, at jeg handlede hos jer. Godt nytår.

I recently purchased a pair of Ernaldo sneakers from The Last Conspiracy’s online store. Although they don't normally offer shipping to Bangladesh, they made an exception for me and shipped the sneakers via the national postal service. The delivery took just over two weeks, which I think is reasonable considering it's a bit longer than UPS. I’ve just received the shoes, and I’m really pleased with both the style and the quality. It was definitely worth the wait. This is my first pair, but I’ll definitely be looking for another one in the future.

In my recent experience (December 2024), TLC and owner Zakk provide absolutely stellar service to match their great products. The shoes are just as good as 10 years ago (when I bought my first pair of TLC sneakers), shipping was fast and very reasonable, and communication with Zakk@TLC through their customer service email was excellent. I can only recommend this company for unique handcrafted shoes made of top quality leather. Anyone having doubts reading some of the negative ratings should perhaps contact them before placing their orders. Give TLC a chance, they really deserve it in my opinion.

Jeg har et par virkelig fede støvler fra TLC. Virkelig flotte og i meget høj kvalitet! Jeg går med flere gange om ugen, og de bliver kun bedre og bedre i pasformen.

Jeg havde et spørgsmål til støvlerne da jeg havde fået dem så jeg sendte en mail. 5 minutter efter ringede de og vi fik løst udfordringen med det samme. Tusinde tak for lækre støvler og fantastisk service!

Did not fit into the boots due to very strange designed shape. Payed for shipping (12 euros) and return (14.50 euros) and the price of the boots of course. They received the return package a month ago but I still didn't get any refund. Worst service ever!!!

Bought a pair of shoes that do not fit me. Returned it, paying the cost of freight. They received the parcel a month ago. No money backend no answers from them after emailing. No telephone to reach anybody. a word for this situation : THIEF.
