My son ordered boots in 2 sizes. Because they didn't fit, he sent the shoes back. He even got a confirmation that the shoes had arrived and that he would get his money back in the next 4 weeks. But that was 3 months ago. Despite repeated requests, he hasn't received a response to this day and hasn't received his money back. I can only advise against ordering from this company.

I recently purchased a pair of boots whose size didn't feel correct at first, and had a great experience with the customer support team who advised on a size exchange and promptly supported the process. As for the boots themselves: they feel sturdy and well-made, the leather has this vibe that it will patinate beautifully over time. Very satisfied!

Bought boots extremely excited! But then I emailed since i heard about their warehouse issues and they told me my shoes would be shipped the day of my email. After a couple of days no update i emailed again, they didn’t even have the correct size I ordered and were almost going to 2 sizes too small. What “professional” company doesn’t know their own stock. They refunded me even though that’s not what i wanted. I just wanted my boots.

Placed and order 5/8-2024(order #21037) that still has not shipped(today it's 12/9-2024 so over 1 month and nothing).

Has written to their CS a few times but not a single message back from them, just radio silence.

I have ordered from TLC before without problems(they did send me the wrong boots once, but fixed the problem and I got my money back, but I did have to pay postage so...) but this order seems to be stuck in the void so I prolly won't buy from them going forward sadly(as I do love their designs).

One of the best service i‘ve ever had. Very good quality very fast shipping. Will buy more in the future!!!!

I made order #20725 on 04/27/2024. In May, the store replied that they were moving a warehouse and would soon send my order, but since June, they have stopped responding! I just want a refund for the boots that I did not receive. I do not recommend buying from them! They are scammers!!!

Was a little weary from the one star reviews, though it was due to a warehouse relocation problem and not concerning the quality of their work. So I tried it out and bought a pair. Received it in less than two weeks; great quality and looks like the online listing. I’ll be back to buy more. I’ve bought products from so so many companies and I’ve seen a lot of great artisan shoe companies I loved in the past go out of business due to relocation, back orders, etc. I hope this company stays to continue delivering exceptional work. I’ll be adding more shoes from here to my wardrobe!

Update: I'm revising my initial review as the situation has been resolved.

The shoes itself are of great quality, although in my case, they were too small. I returned the order within the return period at my own expense.

There were some communication issues initially. After about 3 weeks without a response to my inquiries, I left this negative review. However, the company has since reached out, explained the situation, and provided a full refund, although the postal service has presumably lost the package I sent back.

While the delay in communication was frustrating, I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue. The quality of their products is not in question.

Super fede sneakers. Har nu 4 par, og det er efterhånden blevet mit yndlingsmærke. Jeg bruger dem både på arbejde og privat, hvilket bare er win win.

We had little response on our questions. No they don't answer anymore. We asked for our money.
But I think think it will come.
I still see they offer our shoes on there website..how strange.
We also know from insiders the shop is in a lot of trouble.

The brand is amazing. I Bought a pair of Ernaldo sneakers. It's really rare i find fashion sneakers in my size. I got informed that troubles had occured moving their warehouse from Portugal to Denmark, and i was waiting longer than I expected, But customer service informed me during the process.

I have received my wonderfull boots - however, I have waited a while because they have moved their warehouse.
But the company informed me about it and have been very honest about their challenges - so thank you for that.
We would like to support The Last Conspiracy - because i cannot do without their great footwear.

So far I was a very happy customer for years. One of my favourite brands with top shoes in quality and style. These guys currently have a lot of problems with moving their warehouse back from Portugal which affects customer-service badly. Service requests are not answered anymore and returns are not refunded in time. I can only assume they’re financially in heavy trouble. In my case I‘m waiting for more than 2 months now for my credit and I fear my money is lost. Sorry to say that, but I can only recommend to stay away from this store at the moment. I‘ll finally hand this case over to my lawyer now.

Unfortunately my experience is as well horrible with this brand.
Ordered a pair of boots on the 22.04.24 and I still have not received them, nor have they been even shipped (status 30.06.24).
Communication is dragging a lot and when you receive some feedback it feels like they are just lying to you. I’m always told that the product will be shipped soon and then nothing happens. At this point I can not take anything serious anymore when they give you an update.
The products look amazing on the website but their operations seem to not work at all. I‘m also worried about cancellation of the order as it seems that they are also not willing to refund based on other reviews.

I have been waiting for my order for weeks and have not received a reply to my emails.

I like the shoes, but I would not recommend ordering anything with them online.

- Placed an order for a pair of boots on March 20th.
- 10 business days pass and not even a shipping confirmation. So I skim through their international shipping policies to verify that this is not within normal estimates. It was not.
- I email to ask about it. Takes a week to get a response because my inquiry email ended up in their spam folder. The same email address I used to place the order. Allegedly they *did* ship my order, but it "got sent back," "has been shipped again" and "I will check for a new tracking number and update you right away." That was a full week ago. After four business days without even an update, I wrote them again requesting a refund because this is a ridiculous experience to have paid $700 for. I have yet to hear back.

I was SO excited for this pair of boots! Now I do not trust this company and will not attempt to order from the last conspiracy again.

The shoes and boots are amazing, costumer service is fast replying and determined to help you. I would recommend buying from their shop to anyone.
