Amazing quality products, shipping and communication works like a clock! Bought a pair of MUNRO boots which are absolutely amazing. They even offer sample sales on line to customers outside Denmark. Very happy with this brand.

You have bought 2 items, discounted with 50% and with free shipping, and you complain about you have to pay for the return shipping :(
We have written this to you, and the terms are stated very clear on our website. As you also have been informed, we received the items Friday the 15th of March, and you are complaining Monday the 18th??
Still waiting for refund after 60 days
From Germany I ordered three pairs of last conspiracy sneakers from last conspiracy online shop in november 23. Two of them did not fit my size. I returned them and had to pay expensive shipping to Portugal. They arrived in Portugal december 23. I tried to contact the last conspiracy 5 times, but did not get any reply by end of February 24.
I am still waiting for 630 € refund for more than 60 days!
Please be very careful with this company.

Thanks for your review. It's a bit hard to comment on this one since you have made the review anonymously. But, it's very clear in our terms, that the buyer have to pay for the returnshipping, unless anything else has been agreed. We do not demand that you use Track and Trace, but we suggest you to use it.

Jeg har købt adskillige støvler fra The Last Conspiracy og jeg har hver gang oplevet ekstrem hurtig levering. Ved et køb havde jeg brug for vejledning, og jeg fik et hurtigt svar fra en imødekommende kundeservice. Derudover er produkterne så fantastiske!

SCAM I got wrong pair of shoes. Sent them back. No refund nothing. No reply on mails or anything. Got no shoes and no refund. Suggestion, STAY AWAY

Scam. They'll keep your money!
Purchased and returned an item. The company confirmed the return and claimed the refund of the money would be done in "up to 15 days".
Way over a month later and after many emails and neglect, my money keeps in their account.
It's a scam and they'll appropriate your money. STAY AWAY.

Super kvalitet fodtøj men uheldig online shopping oplevelse
Super kvalitet fodtøj, afspejlet af prisen. Jeg har købt hos dem før. Fineste håndværk...men min sidste ordre, bestilt for næsten en uge siden, er endnu ikke afsendt. Ingen svar på kundeservice, der lover svar inden for to hverdage.
Update: Ordre afsendt, nye systemer hos producenten, fint svar fra The Last Conspiracy.
