Used the PBC for both my pregnancies 2018 & 2021. The course was very informative and gave me everything I needed to be empowered during my labours. I recommended this to everyone I know who’s having a baby as I think knowledge is power and this is a fantastic way to learn. The community of people using the PBC is incredible and the best support.

I have started looking into hypnobirthing as I am pregnant and initially wasn’t sure what the free session would be like on YouTube but within half an hour I found out more about my body and what it does during labour to help birth a child, than I have ever been taught before, so I bought the Hypnobirthing full digital course. I found the trainer so relatable and like a genuine friend. You can tell she is a beautiful soul. Her passion is to help demystify and remove the fear around birth for women all over the world which is a huge task but she is achieving it. She deserves so much success with this. I have yet to complete the full course but already I feel the fear being stripped away. Knowledge is power 🙌

Absolutely incredible. Helped me and my husband feel totally ready for birth with so many tools to support us. After a rubbish first birth, the positive birth company really helped change my mindset and be prepared second time around. I had the most wonderful second birth!

This course was an absolute dream throughout my pregnancy and birth. I knew what I wanted for my first birth, a home water birth. I had a lot of people advise against it for my first, but with the help of this course made it all possible. From the empowering words of affirmation to the breathing techniques. It is 100% worth it. I had the most magical experience thanks to the help of the positive birth company xx

I thought this course was brilliant - I now recommend it to all my friends who are pregnant. It helped my partner and me immensely during birth and I was totally in my ‘zone’. It gave super practical tips and my husband and I rehearsed a beautiful meditation which we learnt which helped so much during labour.

When I was pregnant I did find the videos helpful when thinking about my birth and feeling prepared for it.
However when I had issues during labour the focus on a pain-relief free labour and not accepting intervention is incredibly dangerous. There is little advice for people when things do go off plan, which happens often. My son was back to back and stuck in my pelvis, there was meconium coming out of me. Due to what this course teaches you, I was made to feel that there was something wrong with me as others could do this without pain relief. I couldn't even speak through the pain. I ended up having an emergency c-section. Again, this isnt really covered. Lots of people have a lot of trauma from these sorts of births - luckily I don't as I am just glad we were both ok.
I wouldn't usually leave a review but the recent reviews are because the members of the Facebook group have been asked to give positive reviews. I was disgusted to see that people in the Facebook group have snapshotted reviews from here where people have clearly had traumatic births (which this course simply does not prepare you for) and been rude about the people who have left them. They talk of having a pain relief-free labour like it is a badge of honour. It's not and it is wrong to make others feel like failures because they accepted pain relief or ended up with a c section. The focus should be on babies being born safely and this course does not do this.

While I’ve not given birth yet, I’ve read the book and also watched the digital pack with my husband and have gone from someone being absolutely terrified about birth to feeling calm and almost looking forward to it! Of course anything could happen on the day, but to have that anxiety removed while pregnant is an absolute blessing. It’s so informative and full of things that should be common knowledge that sadly just aren’t. I’d highly recommend, especially as a first time mum if the thought of labour feels utterly terrifying

I started out reading the PBC book and really liked it so signed up for the online course too (got an amazing deal as they were celebrating third bday for the company). Hugely informative and really helped empower me to make decisions right for me during my two births, as well as helping me to deal with some of the complications along the way. I recommend it to all my pregnant friends now!

I used the PBC in 2019 for my first. I was able to continue using the skills and knowledge for my twin birth in America (where positive births are few and far between). I’m a maternal mental health therapist and have passed down so much great information to my new and expecting mamas. The gift that keeps giving!!

Wonderful educational practical information teaching about your body and its natural ability to give birth. Lots of free helpful information on YouTube giving you useful tools to labor calmly no matter what type of birth you end up having. Made the difference with my positive home birth. Thanks PBC!

Did the free masterclass for hypnobirthing and I feel so at ease for what's to come now. I made some little notes and have watched their YouTube videos too! So much help out there from them. There's a lovely vibe from Siobhan and so much educational value to what she teaches. Definitely worth looking into this especially if you're feeling a little anxious. You won't regret it.

Before falling pregnant with my first baby, I was absolutely terrified of the idea of giving birth and would never have believed that I could have a positive birth, but thanks to The PBC, I had the most wonderful birth experience and can honestly say it was the best, most enjoyable moment of my life. Thank you to The PBC for making this possible. I’m currently pregnant with my second and I’m genuinely excited to use their hypnobirthing course again to birth our baby. I would highly recommend The PBC to anyone who is expecting.

I did the free hour masterclass (even though it went on for 1hr 30mins) the content is good and I cannot fault that the person running it is very passionate about the topic. However they could go through more content, that they kept saying that they wanted to go through (and stuck to the hour), if they didn’t repeat so much i formation and got to the point. I appreciate it was free but it didn’t grip me enough to part with money for the full pack as it is too repetitive.

Followed the PBC hypnobirthing with my second baby.... I cannot recommend enough. Recommend to all my pregnant friends. Makes you feel empowered and like you can do it. I had a water birth and natural delivery on just gas and air. Was repeating the positive affirmations to myself as baby came out . Thank you so much..I had awful anxiety about my first labour and actually enjoyed second time around.
