Perfect for anyone looking to make their birth more positive and be better informed. Took me from being terrified to being able to challenge and ask questions of doctors, and perhaps even a little excited about birth! Also very helpful for birth partners - my husband loved it!

Cannot recommend the positive birth company highly enough! I have used their online hypnobirthing course, their book, affirmation cards and the wonderful Freya app. The book and the course are both so full of information and really helped me feel prepared and ready for any kind of birth. The Freya app was invaluable in the lead up to birth and once in labour. Amazing company.

I bought the hypnobirthing pack whilst pregnant and used it throughout my third trimester. I could not afford to do an in person course and also had severe sickness so this suited us perfectly - my partner and I worked our way through the videos on evenings in bed and weekend mornings. It was the best use of money I have ever spent. We both learnt so much and I felt so supported in my new knowledge. I went on to have the most beautiful, empowering, CALM water birth and I honestly loved every minute, we were incredibly lucky and I still day dream about my daughters birth every day (she’s now 13 months!).. I felt strong enough to be left to my own devices and asked for no interventions throughout my birth, and I delivered my daughter myself with no pain relief - my partner ‘guarded the cave’ and advocated beautifully for me. I used the Freya app throughout with Siobhan’s voice guiding me and was lucky to have a relatively fast labour, I was in my local MLU’s pool for 20 minutes before the birth, the midwives didn’t believe I was actually in labour because I was “way too chilled out”. They literally only believed me when they saw my daughters head crowning! I didn’t ‘push’, I didn’t feel I had to as my body was doing the work for me, and I knew from what I had learnt that this was exactly where I needed to be! This course was a real life changer, I’ll be forever grateful that it helped me on my way to a real positive first time birth.

I watched the videos and engaged with the activities from the Positive Birth Company religiously. The course helped me to write my birth plan (which lots of nurses complimented me on for its realistic but positive approach).

I ended up having an incredibly quick birth and I used all the tools this course taught me. I also experienced a unforeseen post partum complication where I put my new skills into practice again. I continue to use my breathing techniques nearly 6 months post partum. I cannot tell you how much my outlook changed because of this course.

If you're willing to commit and put the hard work in - you'll reap the benefit! I would recommend to anyone nervous about the process, this course will help immensely.

My partner and I did the hypnobirthing course earlier this year.
The approach changed our perception of birth and we felt excited about it. As a birth partner, the course helped me understand my role more clearly and I was motivated to support my wife throughout.

I have used The Positive Birth Company’s digital hypnobirthing pack for all 3 of my pregnancies, and will again for my fourth. I especially love the scientific information provided as it really helped me visualise what was happening within my body as I laboured. I LOVE the affirmations and listened to them so often that they are like old familiar friends at this point. They were pivotal in achieving my VBAC and I will never forget how ‘childbirth is powerful but so am I’ carried me through. I recommend this hypnobirthing pack to everyone I know who gets pregnant. I was nervous about giving birth when I first got pregnant because I only knew what i saw on the TV. After doing this course, it gave me confidence. I became excited about going into labour and couldn't wait to practise my learned techniques.

I used PBC for my 2nd birth after struggling with birth trauma following my first.

It definitely helped going into it knowing what I was about to do (from the first birth) but this course made my birth INCREDIBLE! I never thought I could be strong minded enough but I laboured calmly and dare I say it, enjoyably - at home, then had a wonderful natural birth in the birth centre with not even gas & air. I can't thank Siobhan enough, she has helped me 'fix' my trauma from my first birth (never underestimate the impact birth trauma can have) and I often want to go back and do it all again! 😆 I am so proud of myself and advocated for myself and my baby at every turn.
