I took the hypno birthing course. Absolutely amazing, best thing I did during pregnancy. I recommend it to everyone I know who's pregnant 😃 it made birth a great experience, kept me calm and collected throughout labour.

This course helped both me and my husband to have a very empowering experience. Even if it was an induction, we still managed to make the most of it!
Highly recommended!
P.S. ask your partners to do the course, I don’t know how I would’ve managed it without my husband supporting and guiding me ❤️

Would 100% recommend the hypnobirthing course to all my friends and family. The course gave me a lot of knowledge and made me feel empowered going into labour. It changed my perspective on labour, by seeing every contraction as a step closer to baby being born and overall having a really positive experience. I used the Freya app to listen to the tracks whilst pregnant and to track contractions during labour. I had a really positive water birth using gas and air and breathing techniques. I will be doing it again for my second baby.

Positive Birth Company gave me so much confidence heading to give birth. There was nothing fundamentally ground breaking, in my experience, but just "talking it through" with the course, and doing it together with my partner, gave us both confidence that this was something I could do and that it didn't need to be scary, which was invaluable.

I personally found the course amazing . I loved learning the science of birth! I have recommended this course to every pregnant person I know! My only reservation was when reading people’s birth’s on the Facebook page it caused them to be so anti intervention it could have potentially dangerous outcomes by rejecting medical advice.

Using this course prepared me for birth better than any other tool or course I used (and I tried a few!!). The way Siobhan speaks and presents ideas really resonated and was clear and easy to understand. I used this course for both my babies- the second time as a refresher and was fortunate enough to have 2 incredible homebirths with the breathing techniques learnt in this course as my main source of pain relief. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough to anyone considering it! :)

This gave me all the tools I needed and when I ended up having a c-section instead, I felt more control with what was going on than I would have if I hadn’t bought this. I used the breathing to get me through and still use the breathing today!
My partner also loved that it gave him tips of what to do and he said it made him feel more prepared!

A wonderful programme that I recommend to everyone!
