Bought the heated ski socks as a suffer…

Bought the heated ski socks as a suffer from cold feet in my ski boots. Very comfortable fit with adequate padding in just the right areas and nice and thin elsewhere. Only one issue - they barely heat up even when set on Maximum.

Very helpful

Contacted the company for information about the boot dryers. Very helpful and even gave me a number to call for extra assistance, but I didn't need it.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I have enquired to what has happened to my order. So far no reply. The app was useless at finding any information. I am extremely disappointed after a very good experience pre order.
Thank you for clarifying the situation with my order. A shame it took such a convoluted route.
