Delivered what was ordered on time and reasonable cost

Unfortunately the left glove wouldn't charge and I reurned the product. The Looked well made and felt comfortable though.

I called their service help line to ensure I ordered the correct batteries for my heated gloves and the assistant there was very helpful and steered me in the right direction and answered the queries I had. The very best heated gloves and now they have new rechargeable batteries they are as good as new :)

Very pleasant and helpful staff whose prompt action saved my holiday.

The delivery was a day earlier than given. Well packaged and left in my safe place, so it did not get soaked!

had problem with these mitts ie not charging,eventually after trying a new pair with same results dave at sidas sent me new battery,all is fine now thanks dave.

Good product promptly sent out, the main reason for the 5 star review was subsequent customer service from Sidas due to a mistake on the order. I phoned the day after the first delivery, the issue was looked into by Nicola, was resolved and the missing items sent by UPS next day. Great service thank you

I bought a heated waistcoat which was unfortunately the wrong size and was able to exchange easily and the new one fits perfectly. I was concerned that the battery pack would be large and bulky, however it is quite compact and the waistecoat is both functional and stylish.

Very fast responses when I had a problem with one of my socks, which were replaced under the 2 year guarantee. Very happy with the service.
