The trainer Alison, delivered the course to a very high standard and is to be congratulated for keep the whole course energised. The pace of the course was spot on. Alison has great interpersonal and communication skills and was easy to understand. Well done Top Marks.

Everyone is a bit miffed to receive THAT letter in the post, but the offer of a course is brilliant. It’s good to revisit parts of the Highway Code and put it into practice.
We had great mentors who maintained a positive learning environment despite rudeness and negativity from some attendees. I expect they will not change their attitudes until their points accumulate. Road safety involves us all!

The tutor was friendly and professional.
The online method was easy to use and, apart from a few glitches in the internet connection, worked well.

The course was very informative and I got a great deal from it. My only criticism was I couldn't catch what the teachers were saying all the time as they were both Asian and their accents were strong

I had a brilliant experience with the course, mainly due to my trainer (Julian) . He was really informative, down to earth, easy to listen and talk to and easy to understand. If you are lucky enough to get Julian then you are in great hands. I also found the booking procedure with TTC very easy and clear as well.
Enjoyed the course was fun and light hearted

I was honestly expecting it to be very boring and tedious but Julian was an incredible instructor, gave really good advice and kept the topic very interesting and engaging throughout. 10/10

The tutors were great and very informative. It was helpful to be reminded of road legalaties and why. It was also interesting to hear the views of other drivers!
I had a fall going into the building and the tutors went above and beyond and it will be a while before I can get behind the wheel so plenty of time for reflection

Years ago I saw a Doc on bus drivers training, and it was an introduction to "defensive driving" these brilliant professionals practice. It has stuck with me for years.
Tried to emulate. I wanted to take something like that with me from this course, but I have not got it yet. For sure I seek some fundamental approach to the prospect that is London Traffic in the 2000s. Perhaps acceptance and resignation...

I was very nervous at first because I couldn’t log into my zoom so I rang the person that help me download the zoom app. she was very patient with me and help because mot young and into technology!
Once started my course found it eye opening and Richard ( who talk to us all about awareness) made me feel a bit more relaxed.

Attended speed awareness with a predetermined indifferent attitude but to be fair found the course found the course to be very good updating me with lots of driving information I had either forgotten or was not aware of.

Excellent course well managed by the two TTC presenters. Very interesting content much of which will have provided considerable food for thought for most attendees.

I felt quite anxious turning up for the course. This quickly turned to relief, as the course was relaxed & informal. It was delivered perfectly, making it interesting & fun. I was surprised how much I learned & at how much I thought I already knew (clearly not). I enjoyed the course & would recommend it to others.

It was a great experience to be part of learning speed awareness course. It was lively,learning things that I have knowledge of and things I don't know, interacting by contributing and askingquestions from the trainer, a lot of things are covered during the course. I learnt about new devices that can enhance my driving performance.
I feel more relaxed and calm during this course programme, because I thought is something that will make me to be nervous.
Different techniques are also covered, just to mentioned few of them.

I didn't know what to expect from this course, but our trainers, Helen and Tony, were very engaging and helpful throughout the course

Tim who held the Zoom meeting was exceptional and put everyone’s mind at ease. I learnt so much from it and will ensure I concentrate on my driving in future and not other things that might be happening in my life. When I set off in the car now I have started a bit of a commentary on what is going on around me and it makes me more aware. Eg. Taking more notice of signs and not using the facility in my car. Being aware of any likely hazards.

A positive experience and very pleasant venue. Speakers were obviously experienced and made us feel comfortable with the course content. Precise and helpful lessons learned which gave me pause for thought. I came out a more ‘aware’ driver!
