Ticketbud customer service is unmatched! Anytime I had a question or an issue I was able to get assistance! I would recommend them anytime and will be using them again!

I’m a small local charity organization that started using Ticketbud a couple of years ago so far I’ve done four events with it and it has worked out tremendously well the individual that I work with from Ticketbud has been so helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this product.

Blake Carnes who is our Foundation contact with Ticketbud is very patient, supportive and just plain phenomenal.
We will maintain TicketBud as the vehicle for our events, especially as long as Blake Carnes is our contact person.
We are also advising other business to choose Ticket Bud as well.

Easy to use as a platform. It was easy to assign tickets manually and edit already assigned tickets. The spreadsheets and information they craft are very helpful as well.

I've been working with Ticketbud for years for my annual festival. Simple to figure out, fair pricing, and when I've had an occasional problem, they've always jumped on it and got it fixed. No reason to look anywhere else for my ticketing needs.

My organization has used Ticketbud for fundraising efforts for three years. The support has been outstanding. This year we have had as many as three events going at once. Ticketbud helped with the management of stats for each event. Did not need special equipment for check-in; was able to specify door personnel in Ticketbud and use cell phone.

I made the switch to ticketbud back in 2020 when other ticket companies were banning in-person events. I only have two events per year but so far things have gone well. Their customer service is pretty good with relatively short return times. There are some things I'm not thrilled by (namely, you only get one photo and cropping it has been difficult with the photo often getting stretched when viewed on desktop). That being said, I am overall happy with the company.

I lead a nonprofit and we have about 4 events per year. Been using Ticketbud for the last 3 years. WE LOVE TICKETBUD! Easy to use. Fees are reasonable. And, the few times we needed help, our TicketBud representative Blake responded quickly with excellent service.

We have used Ticketbud for several years now for both our online and point of show entry ticketing and processing and cannot say enough great things! From event coordination to device shipping to fast response times and friendliness, it has been the best experience. We used other ticketing companies in the past and first hand did not have great experiences with them. We cannot recomend Ticketbud enough!

I found the staff to be experienced and beyond helpful in assisting in various situations from attendees not understanding how to register to assisting me in formatting the badges to the desired format for the show. Everyone was professional, patient, and extremely responsive which made the event seamless!
