There is a huge benefit to artists of all sizes, when they take control of their own ticketing. We run a small band management company, and we used Ticketbud to start running ticketing for our shows so we can get fan email addresses, ensure a superior fan experience, and not have to sacrifice a percentage of our revenue in the process.

The ticketbud team took the time to help us make sure we set things up correctly the first couple times, but after that, the platform is so easy, we have no trouble running everything ourselves. Still, it's great to know they are always willing to help.

I strongly recommend their solution, either instead of, or in addition to your existing ticketing solution. For our bigger artists, we use it for VIP events, small venue special events, and private events.

Affordable and easy site to use! I will use them again!!!

We were holding a charity event for breast cancer and looking for a site to host our tickets. Came across ticketbud and they answered our questions quickly. Infact two of their reps did! We had problems with paypal that they helped. I will definitely be using them again.

YES, honestly the perfect ticketing service for tournaments, outings, events, conferences, everyone! Had an amazing experience using this for a small conference i threw together. I got a lot of great compliments on the event page that I was able to easily put together. I also used the option to have my own private label which was a really nice touch - pretty unbelievable to find a ticketing company that doesn't plaster their name all over everything. The mobile app also worked like a charm the day of the event and made check-in a breeze. I didn't get a chance to try the sponsorship option this time around, but that looks pretty interesting as well. The ticketing industry has been ripe for a fair and simple alternative, and ticketbud definitely delivers. AND, you've got to love a company that supports a great cause like the way that they do with Cancer events. Overall great company!

I love this little company. Finally people who "get it" and don't charge fees per ticket. The amount I paid my other ticketing vendors was in the thousands of dollars over a two year period -- just to use a ticketing software? I don't give Microsoft Word hundreds of dollars every single time I have to type a document -- it should be no different in ticketing software. I never realized what I was actually paying until a Ticketbud rep asked us to do an accounting of all the ticketing fees. My other vendor based in the UK, said, just add the fees to your guests who pay -- then it's essentially free. WELL FREE IS NOT ESSENTIALLY FREE. Thank you Ticketbud!

Love the concept of this company making so easy and affordable for small events and non profits to take the hassle out of ticketing and avoid passing extra fees to their ticket buyers. I live in Austin Texas where there are often dozens of festivals and events on any given weekend ...Ticket Bud is a godsend to the independent producer of music, arts and community events. I wish i had thought of this :)

This company has a pretty sweet model. I for one, am glad to see a company that offers ticketing for a minimal cost and has no time for dodgy fees. One flat price ($39.99) for event planners and they are able to sell unlimited tickets. And if the event benefits a Cancer Relief or Prevention Charity, then no fee to the planner at all.

We used Ticketbud for a small event our client put on and loved how easy it was to use! All of their different options for creating your own event page and working to get sponsorships through Sponsorbud is fantastic. Plus, the flat fees for their ticketing options make it affordable for events of all sizes.

A ticketing company that gives free service for events for cancer charities? Amazing! And, the fact that they don't have any per ticket fees for buyers is going to make me use them for every event from here on out.

Ticketbud is the best place to sell and buy your online tickets! The best part is that they have no per ticket fee! It's the only place out there. I would definitely recommend using their service.... very happy!

Ticketbud is great, and their pricing model definitely outdoes a lot of other ticketing systems out there. All you have to do is pay one time before the event you plan and then you no longer have to deal with any other costs!

There are no things like per ticket fees, and you can even cancel out the cost of the system by using Sponsorbud, which allows you to ad space (on tickets and banners, etc.) to sponsors. Also, you can make different types of tickets to make the event more appealing (ex. VIP tickets). Last but not least, you get the money raised from the event very quickly.

It seems like they are nice people too. They offer their service for free to events that raise money for cancer, which is something I'm sure anyone can applaud. GO TICKETBUD!!!

Ticketbud's service is awesome, especially the customer service! When I needed help creating my event they were very quick to respond and I could tell that they genuinely cared about helping me out. The event creation was really easy to use and it was cool to see all my ticket sales go straight into my account. I highly recommend Ticketbud to anyone looking to organize an event while saving a ton of $$$ at the same time. 5 stars all the way!

Ticketbud has helped several of my favorite nonprofits- from Galas to Fashion shows. Love the LOW flat fee and NO percentage grab of our ticket price, NO per ticket fee from us or our supporters pockets either! Also, it was helpful that the ticket sales dollars went straight into our charity account rather than waiting for weeks for a "net check" (after unfair money grab that other ticketing agencies use). I'll use Ticketbud to efficiently run all events to raise money and do good for these important nonprofits- not line the pockets of '% $' grabbing and 'per ticket ' fee agencies!!

We have used Ticketbud for all of our 2012 events and it has made a tremendous impact on our ability to sell tickets and forecast our profitability. The program is straightforward and has all the bells and whistles we need for throwing events for 350-500 people. And the app makes check-in not only much easier, but also paperless! We are now customers for life as all of our events this whole year still haven't cost us what one single event did with another ticketing group... It just makes sense.

I created my event in about two minutes. Even though it was my first time to use this service it was super easy to figure it out. I'm happy that there are no per-ticket fees, unlike other online ticket companies. I had a few questions about the Sponsorbud option but the Ticketbud team was very helpful. I'll definitely be using these guys again for future events!

I never held a fundraiser before. Never sold tickets before. The night of my Team Fox Gala for the Michael J. Fox Foundation...never had such an amazing time before!! With over 200 tickets to sell, Ticketbud made the process so easy. Customer support that never failed, and so affordable. My money could go towards finding a cure for Parkinson's--my greatest wish. This year, I am coming back to Ticketbud and excited to see their new developments. I don't even need to look at any other websites to sell my tickets. Ticketbud could not be better!

TicketBud was an awesome company to work with. They supply a very economical service, and it has worked well for selling tickets for our events. I was hosting a huge event and was actually angry that all the ticketing sites were charging me a % of my hard earned revenue...thats when I found Ticketbud. Now I pay one flat fee and can charge as much as I want for as many tickets as I can sell. Simple, satisfying, and saving me money.

The ticket bud concept is very innovative and unbelievably inexpensive. You can have a ticketed event, scan tickets at your admission gate, track sales and get reports of attendees. Anytime I have ever had a question or suggestion, the staff has responded almost immediately. If there was an issue with the software, they apologized and made arrangements for fixing. Usually, the issue is with my assumptions and then they provide great council and help me improve our processes. Great service. Great product.

We tried for years to build our own in-house ticketing and registration systems for our Christian Youth Festival 'Summer Madness'.... with varying degrees of success.
