Tommie tippee prep machine a fantastic machine complete life saver we have had ours for 6 1/2 years regular cleaning new filter every 3 months with my childs additional needs can tastes the difference if milk is not made by the machine.just wanted to let you know how amazing this product has been for us. Needed a replacement part, on my flask, spoke to Nicholas G , very helpful resolved issue straightaway, with no fuss. Very happy from start to finish. Would recommend to others.

Support with Faulty Product
I purchased the Tommee Tippee prep go bundle back in October. In March, I began to have a small issue with the product I reached out using the chat function on the Tommee tippee website and got a reply instantly Cienna and Izzy were great and issued a replacement product.

Great customer service
My issue was resolved by Izzy very quickly and didn’t take long to be rectified after an issue with a product. She dealt with my query very quickly and with not much hassle, it felt easy to resolve. Thanks for your help, I definitely would recommend using Tommee Tippee

Most poorly designed and made product ever
I honestly regret spending £200 on the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Pro. I bought it because I expected it to make preparing my baby's formula quick, easy and stress-free. Instead, it has made feeding my baby more stressful than ever.
I have a hungry, crying baby, and I am having to stand there struggling with the machine, dealing with calibration, putting the tank water in and out the fridge, temperature detection and error messages instead of simply being able to make a bottle. You have to keep the water tank in the fridge between feeds just to make the machine work, and if the room is too warm, it stops dispensing the hot water when you need to make a bottle because of its temperature/safety system. Tell that to my hungry baby!!
The fact that the hot water can stop working when the room temperature is around 26–28°C is absolutely ridiculous. This is a completely normal temperature inside a home in the summer! I should not have to worry about the temperature of my house just to be able to prepare my baby's bottle.
And having to calibrate the machine in the first place is another ridiculous step for a product that costs £200. I paid this much money because I expected convenience. Instead, I feel like I have bought a machine that creates more problems than it solves.
I don't care how many safety features are built into it if the end result is that I cannot reliably make my baby's bottle when my baby is hungry and crying.
For me, this is by far the worst product I have ever spent my money on.

The safety feature is in place to ensure a dispensed feed is safe for your little one and due to the nature of the machine if the climate is warmer than usual the machine can struggle to cool the water effectively after the initial hot shot. We understand this must be stressful especially when you are caring for a crying baby.

Great customer service. Needed a new air tube for my double pump and couldn’t purchase online so emailed them and they sent replacements free of charge. Second time round using tommee tippee products and 100% recommend never had any issues or complaints x

Exceptional customer care
Exceptional customer care. I had to contact due to a faulty display on the rapid cool and Florence was lovely and issued a replacement. Very grateful indeed as I literally could not cope leaving the house without my rapid cool. We're a full on tommee tippee household, I think we have everything haha thank you for amazing products and help when they break

This is a great product
This is a great product. We have been doing the trial and error with bottle and nipple size selection for the last 3 months for my granddaughter. I called the parent care division of Tommie Tippie with some questions and they were absolutely wonderful.

Overall good items that make mama life easier!
I have a number of Tommee Tippee products and overall are very good. We use the perfect prep machine and UV steriliser on a daily basis and work very well so far. Only issue with the prep machine is that it stops working in hot temps (so no use in the heat wave!)
We also used the PrepGo portable feed maker which was brilliant to start with but became faulty within a few months of use (we only used it a couple of times a week). Contacted customer service and they were brilliant with communication. Offered a replacement but politely declined as it looks like a common fault with this item (would avoid buying this item as it really doesn't last long and temperature notification can be faulty). Refund was recieved once item was collected from me. Slightly faffy to return the item, even though it will be binned? Unfortunately the collection company did not come when they said they would (not directly TT's fault) but did add frustration to the situation whilst also trying to find another brand's replacement.

I bought a white cooling flask and it broke so I thought I’ll buy another one because that’s the only way I can feed my hungry baby fast, I buy another one that one breaks… then another then another and all 4 have broke within a couple weeks of use, and my baby is only 5 months old.

Dummy changes
I phoned TT because I couldn’t purchase our usual dummies as the designs have changed and my boy is ND so likes particular types however Beverley was very kind understanding and spoke to Charlie on the phone to explain the situation which was lovely. We have hopefully found a resolution we’ll wait and see. I appreciate TT have to change designs but it does make life a little harder when you have a neurodivergent child. Thank you Beverley hopefully the new dummies will work out and I’ll order some more.
