Great service
7/17 had Florence help me out today and she was great. We were looking for straw replacement on the flip top insulated sippy cup but they do not make replacements for those. Hopefully in the future, Tommee Tippee sells replacement parts for the flip top insulated sippy cups. My son loves the straw and cup but is autistic and a chewer. The strawâs never last. She did send out a new set of sippy cups for us to try out. Wish us luck!

I came looking for replacement parts for our favorite sippy cup. I was worried i would not be able to replace it. Thankfully Izzy was able to help so fast and friendly. We love our Tommie tippie cup. So easy to clean and my baby boy loves the weighted straw makes it able for him To drink at any angle.

The most caring company
Going through the customer service contact with Tommee Tippee and having the chance to speak with parent-care specialist Beth was amazing. Iâve never truly felt such a caring customer service. The responses were prompt I swear within an hour of my initial email with my concerns for a product I had responded and before midday theyâve already sent a replacement product.
Iâm so happy my son loves this companyâs soothers, as it is such a wholesome feeling knowing a company cares for the safety of their customers.
Beth was very helpful, thorough with directions on finding batch numbers etc.. She really helped this mom feel good for the concerns.

Their customer service out of the UK is absolutely phenomenal! Jo helped me and she is incredible. I have disabled kids who use specific cups exclusively, and Jo helped me find a way to replace the cups my kids have that are out of commission and they have issues using!
