They responded very quickly and was very understanding to my situation but due to my product in question not being stocked at their facility they could not provide me with what I specifically needed. However They went out of their way to gave me an alternative that will help me just as much.

Active spout replacement parts
I reached out to them through their Facebook page about getting replacement valve parts for their active spout cups because that's the only cup my autistic child will drink from, and they said that they are currently out of stock of the valve replacement parts,so they offered to send me new cups for the inconvenience. Great company. All my kids used their sippy cups and bottles.
