Contacting customer service regarding a product defect
Contacting customer service regarding a product defect was easy to do. Izzy listened very patiently and was able to connect with me via email to obtain more details while staying on the phone. She was able to help resolve the issue and provide suitable alternatives for replacement. I am very pleased with the experience!

My bottles had some unusual damage after a short period of using them, and TT had me send some pics and is mailing new ones! All under 24 hrs. Thanks!

Customer service was amazing I had a…
Customer service was amazing I had a set of bottles that were having some issues and I reached out to customer service and due to the issues and the fact that these bottles are only 3 months old they allowed me to dispose of them and they sent me replacements of all five bottles. My son loves these bottles.

I spoke with Antony as I had purchased…
I spoke with Antony as I had purchased a faulty breast pump, and my local store couldn’t follow through with the return. He sent me a replacement pump to my original electric pump as I couldn’t find it anywhere and had to try out their hands free pump. They’re the best with customer service super quick and understanding. Thank you Antony you’ve saved my first breastfeeding experience.

I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I bought the pumps, and they don’t even work properly. The sizing is completely off, and to make things worse, the replacement parts I ordered aren’t even in stock. Overall, a terrible product and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Great customer service!
I contacted customer service because both of my toddler’s Sippee Cups were leaking. The team responded quickly, guided me through a few troubleshooting steps, and arranged replacements right away. Everything was handled professionally and with care. Really appreciated the smooth and helpful experience!

Excellent Service
There is always room for improvement but they went out of their way to send me advanced anti colic bottles out of gesture since my daughter was having issues with a different tommee tippee bottle.

Anna was so wonderful to work with
Anna was so wonderful to work with, I really appreciate her taking the time to listen to how hard my situation is. Tommee tippee was so kind to donate bottles & pacis to me for my baby boy due soon. Due to the government shut down an my state having a back log with unemployment I am struggling with buying stuff for my baby that’s due in January.

Great experience and problem solved!
The internal straw of my son’s favorite cup was lost at daycare. I contacted customer service and messaged with Nicholas who was super helpful. There are no replacement parts available but he sent me a replacement cup! I wasn't expecting such great customer service and you saved the day for my little guy. I can't thank you enough!!
