I ordered two items for a birthday present, delivery is 4-5 days which if it was delivered on time would have arrived before the birthday.

The parcel wasn't delivered on time and was stuck in Birmingham for days with no tracking information. When it finally arrived it was 4 days late and left on my doorstep rather than a safe place. It's so disappointing when presents don't arrive in time. Tommy Hilfiger should be honest about the delivery times so we can manage our expectations and decide to shop elsewhere.

Wrong item delivered and still awaiting an email from customer services to report and return

Absolutely unacceptable service from Tommy Hilfiger Ireland. I ordered a time-sensitive gift for my dad on a Tuesday evening and paid a premium €12.95 fee for their advertised "Express Delivery (1-2 days)," expecting it by Friday at the latest.When I checked the UPS tracking, the delivery date was set for the following Tuesday—a full week later. Worse yet, the tracking details proved that Tommy Hilfiger deliberately shipped my package using a cheap, slow standard ground tier instead of the Express service I actually paid for.They use a localized .ie site to make you think it's shipping locally, hide the fact that items come from mainland Europe, and pocket premium shipping fees while sending orders on budget trucks. While customer service refunded the €12.95 fee after I caught them out and complained, it doesn't fix the fact that my dad's gift plans were completely ruined. Total bait-and-switch. Avoid buying from here if you have a strict deadline!

Delivered too wrong city as staff put wrong address on it received it now but very late

Experiencia nefasta !!!! He realizado un pedido. Al parecer al etiquetarlo desde la empresa de Tommy Hilfiger lo han etiquetado con la dirección de entrega errónea. El paquete está paralizado en un limbo hasta que ellos hagan algo y les escribo y no hay manera de que respondan. Sinceramente para ser una marca que se supone de alta gama deja mucho pero que mucho que desear.

Personnellement, très bonne expérience avec Hilfiger. Simplicité de la commande en ligne, efficacité pour l'envoi et communication claire.

Site simple d'utilisation, livraison parfaite et service client réactif, réputation tenue pour la marque. Si ça s'arrêtait à ça ça serait trop beau... 4 mois d'utilisation ponctuelle pour une paire de bottes à 113€ (en fin de série, 180€ à prix plein), dont le tissu intérieur à rendu l'âme et sont aujourd'hui inutilisables. Et leur solution: remboursement à 25% du prix des réparations (à condition que ça dépasse pas 25% du prix de l'article), devis à faire checker par leur service avant validation, ou 20% du prix total de l'article. Ayant choisis l'option 2, je me retrouve l'heureuse propriétaire de bottes pas portables et de 23€ pour les réparer. Merci mais c'était ma dernière commande chez Tommy Hilfiger

I love your products.. You act like 1st rate company that you are from start to finish. I purchased a lilac bomber jacket, colour is spot on, fit is perfect looks well made. The whole transaction went with out a hitch.

Never order from their website totally scam and send wrong item

Ongoing lack of communication from TH regarding non delivery of goods. It is the suppliers responsibility to ensure the customer recieves their goods even if it is the carriers failings that cause the situation.
I have messaged twice thru website contact but have had no response.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH TH.
