Salve sono una cliente di Tommy Hilfiger ormai da anni . Il 25 di novembre durante il black Friday ho comprato degli oggetti , subito dopo aver accettato il mio pagamento (e non prima!!!) mi è arrivata una mail di scuse perché ci sarebbero stati dei ritardi per la consegna dell'ordine. Premesso che al momento non mi sembrava un grosso problema ma vi sembra normale che ad oggi 11/12/2023 non sia stato ancora consegnato?
È vergognoso per una tale maison

Mai incontrato un'azienda così scorretta con i suoi clienti. A seguito di un ordine online non ricevuto, nonostante numerose richieste di aiuto, l'azienda si limita a rispondere che il corriere segnala l'ordine come ritirato. Ma non esiste alcuna mia firma o testimonianza che lo accerti.
NON COMPRATE ONLINE, non sono in grado di supportare le vendite, almeno in questa modalità

Shipment was supposed in 3-5 work days - it took 2 weeks. A stressful time because the item was a gift and our travel arranged, ie high risk that we depart without being able to reception the parcel. their customer portal provides no updates (despite their recorded message asking to go there to get exactly that), and customer services also cannot give information, a status, an estimation. stressful. last not least, from 30 minutes after having placed an order it cannot get cancelled anymore - no respect to the 7 days retraction time granted by law for consumers. No idea how this operation is organized but they do not respect their part of the contract, do not provide updated information in case of problems, and are not customer minded.

Bought a laptop bag from Tommy Hilfiger online store. Initially they told me there will be a delay on all items. 10 days later, they told me it wasn’t in stock. So now I need to wait a further 14 days to receive my money back into my account. They didn’t offer anything for compensation, they just don’t care about their customers. Avoid buying from their online store.

Don't trust this company. They state 4-5 days delivery time. But after 2 weeks the customer service agents say "5 days from when they dispatch", however they refused to give a dispatch date" saying "we have no need to tell you when we will dispatch the items"

Richiesta di annullamento ordine dopo 1 minuto della creazione per indirizzo errato che loro non possono modificare. La risposta è NON SI PUÒ ANNULLARE, cosa che è scritta in modo diversa sul loro sito…
E niente ordine con spedizione a indirizzo sbagliato senza possibilità di annullare o cambiare indirizzo senza minimo interesse da parte loro del mio disagio!

Tommy Hilfiger ist hier unter mehreren Namen vertreten. Für den deutschen Online-Shop sucht einfach nach de.tommy.com und gibt am besten dort die Bewertungen ab, da nur dort der Unternehmer als "verifiziert" markiert ist und vlt. liest auch mit.

Ansonsten bin ich mit Tommy Hilfiger seit einigen Monaten extrem unzufrieden, sowohl vom Qualität der Produkte, als auch vom Kundenservice.
Ich habe mich entschlossen die Marke nie mehr zu kaufen.

I always liked Tommy Hilfiger’s simple but sleek design of clothing and accessories.
Plus all the clothing goes well with my outfit selection.

I haven’t received my parcel for few days now and as they use PARCELFORCE I have no answer, they keep saying attempted delivery but they haven’t! No card was left all those times and no call so I bet they haven’t even been here, I bought a Tommy watch before but by Amazon and was no problem, I wish I’ve done again because this is ridiculous, Tommy customer service do not help at all, very disappointed!!!

Tommy Hilfiger clothing looks simple in the street and I was always wondering why this brand is so expensive.
But once I bought a hoodie on a sale and immediately understood why people buy it. The quality of the materials and the cut was beyond my expectations.
Also it takes me a long time to wear out every piece of outfit.
Now I am a big fan of the brand and basically all my clothes are Tommy Hilfiger.

If you seek some casual apparel which you can wear both when you are going out and just have a walk with your friends, then this brand is definitely for you.
I personally shop here as not only do I look stylish, but also the quality of materials these guys utilize whenever they sew a new collection is impressive. Plus, when the materials utilized by designers are quality, the thing itself serves you longer.

Ordinato una polo e un cappellino arrivati nei tempi stabiliti soltanto che il cappellino era usato logoro e puzzolente. Una cosa a dir poco vergognosa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti, ho inviato le foto ho chiesto di avere rapidamente un nuovo cappellino visto che si trattava di un regalo e mi hanno detto che non fanno sostituzioni quindi avrei dovuto ricomprarlo e ripagarmi le spese di spedizione. Vorrei poter caricare qui le foto per farvi rendere conto di che schifo è arrivato. Pessimo, non farò mai più acquisti qui. Spero almeno di ricevere il rimborso.

Around June the order I bought for 800+£ was returned to Tommy using the shipping label that they provided I waited for more than 16 days and I received no refund.

I contacted them and provided the receipt that shows I returned the items, and they promised to solve the issue + refund me within 6 days this was on the 4th of July to this day every time I contact them they ignore me or they keep sending Generic replies to me.

failure to acknowledge their responsibility and uphold their commitment is not only a violation of Tommy’s Hilfiger policies but also reflects poorly on their integrity as a seller.

Failure to do so will result in two actions: disputing the payment, contacting Ombudsman, and starting legal action against Tommy Hilfiger.

Alles gut. Der Artikel war beim Hersteller am günstigsten, sieht man auch nicht häufig.

Versand dauerte etwas, dies wurde bei der Bestellung bereits angekündigt. Nach 4 Tagen wurde es losgeschickt.

Kann mich soweit nicht beschweren.

Awful service. They use the worst courier going (Parcelforce) for deliveries, after not having my parcel for nearly a week. I live chatted with “Chinwe” who was very rude and abrupt and said they would not be refunding my measly £3 as they could see delivery was attempted but in fact wasn’t. I work for a medical supply store, we always believe our customers and issue any refunds/replacements asap….. I think Tommy Hilfigers service is shocking. Do not shop with them - they’re are better designer brands out there!

Toujours des articles de qualité et depuis des années. Une de mes marques favorites tant pour les matières que pour la solidité et durabilité de leurs articles. Des boutiques propres et les vendeurs souriants et accueillants. Au top !

I went to one of TH stores in Glasgow last weekend and bought a pair of trousers. I just wore them twice and it's right leg - somehow below the knee from the back - it torn. IDK why it should happen while I hit it no where, and just wore for a party once and once for the office without even washing. Yesterday when I wanted to wear it that part just got stretched and torn a little. Low quality materials are used imo.

I prodotti sono belli, il problema è la consegna. Io pago per la consegna a domicilio e UPS NON CONSEGNA MAI A DOMICILIO, ma in un punto di ritiro, devo andarmi a prendere il pacco. Pessimi

Ich kann mich den vielen negativen Bewertungen hier nicht anschließen. Ich habe die Ware sehr schnell erhalten und auch eine Rücksendung und die damit verbundene Rückerstattung lief problemlos und sehr schnell ab. Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!
