I recently ordered a T-shirt for my stepson birthday which never arrived on time, when I chased the delivery up they said couldn’t track it down they were good enough to refund the cost of the T-shirt very commendable but having had to go to a local store and pay double for a replacement so he had a present for his birthday no gesture was made for the added cost and inconvenience by Tommy Hilfiger, other than 10% discount on next order very generous not really.

Having purchased many Tommy items over the years it brings into question May future purchases and the lack of good customer service…..I’m the one out of pocket through no fault of mine and had to go out the day before to ensure he had a present.

I feel very disappointed by the gesture offered and to add insult to insult today I got an offer for 15% off for Tommy member what a Joke the 10% offer is now.

I suppose that’s how big companies treat customers nowadays tho 🤔it will be refreshing to see if anything is done to rectify my faith in them.

I updated my billing and delivery address on Tommy Hilfiger Website but these guys with added a wrong billing and delivery address. They went ahead to deliver this pricy item to a wrong address despite my pleas and attached a screenshot to show to them that it was entirely their fault. Absolutely horrendous experience. Very unfriendly and unprofessional and will not admit their fault.

Ordered pair shorts on the 4th paid extra for 3 day delivery only to receive a email next day saying they couldn’t deliver until the 9th, due to high demand ! it’s now the 12 th and no updates to parcel force tracking, why use a service which is on strike ?? When offering 3 day delivery for a extra cost ?

Der Versand hat etwas länger gedauert, da es aber vorher bereits so angekündigt war war es für mich vollkommen okay. Ich habe zwei Artikel zurückgesendet und bereits 48 Stunden nachdem ich das Paket zurück geschickt habe das Geld zurück bekommen. Top!

Good quality clothes for adequate prices, only thing to point out is that the delivery time wasn't great

Jeg har bestilt på deres hjemmeside to gange med et års mellemrum. Jeg har hver gang modtaget en mail dagen efter der fortalte mig at de har travlt/fået nyt it system så det tager en lille uge at afsende min pakke. Der kommer altså til at gå mere end en uge før pakken kommer. Min forventning til deres logistik er helt sikkert højere end det. Deres produkt har jeg ikke noget at indvende imod. Så de får to stjerner.

Received my order after waiting around 3 weeks for it to arrive, then I wanted to return an item, which they state that, returns are free, just use the label enclosed in the box, which it wasn't.
Contacted their customer service (Ricardo), and advised them that I do not have a printer to print off a label, he responded to my email with a label for me to print out, I told him again, that I did not have a printer to print off the label, he advised me to show the email to the post office and they would be able to print off the label, however after going to the post office, I found that they are unable to do this.
Very poor service from a world wide company, especially when it's their error!!

Address was changed on my order when I went through the PayPal process and I was then unable to change it. I contacted them immediately and yet they said they couldn’t change the address and asked me to try Parcelforce - terrible service, how can you not have any control over your delivery process on a new order?!?

Went into TH at an outlet shopping centre in Cannock .
On entering the store , We asked about Blue light discount , being told we would get this , we spent over £100 . Got to the till and told we could not get the discount , we had to go to the information centre and get a shopping centre discount card by showing them my blue light card ?!? After going to this trouble We returned to the store .
Instead of being treated respectfully by the sales girl , she and her colleague talked about us and smirked as we got to our turn for a refund of the discount we should have received as advised .
She then said she needed a manager to do the refund… the original lady who told us on entering that we could use the blue light card came to do the refund??? So if she was the manager why was he advice either incorrect or over ridden by the till staff?

I complained about the hassle and humiliating service . To my shock , TH head office did t seem at all bothered!
As an apology they sent me 20% discount off full price items if purchased on line !!! So for me to benefit I need to spend more money with them … why would I spend another £100 to save £20 ! Not much of a goodwill gesture or apology! A voucher with monetary value or a free cap , would have done far more to restore my faith in the brand / service !
Shame on you TH for not caring about your customers and letting you staff humiliate customers !

Ottimo brand ma pessima esperienza nel punto vendita di Catanzaro Le fontane dove i commessi sono poco disponibili e anche poco attenti ai prezzi ,sbagliando spesso e volentieri.

I ordered a watch for my boyfriend’s birthday and the it arrived later than expected, but that’s not the problem, when he tested it out it wasn’t working, after an hour of wearing it , it didn’t follow the time and then it just stopped working. Now I want to return it in order to have another one but they don’t have it in stock anymore and there’s no discount anymore so I won’t be able to afford another one. This was very embarrassing considering it was a gift. I’m never shopping there EVER!

Ich bin garnicht zufrieden
warte seit ca. 2 Wochen auf meine Bestellung.
Es sollte eigentlich in 2-3 Werktagen geliefert werden.
Doch am ende wurde es geliefert jedoch hatte die Tasche nicht die richtige Farbe wie ich es mir bestellt habe,
zudem ist die Tasch ziemlich klein passt nicht einmal mein Handy rein 🤦‍♀️
Das Warten hat sich leider garnicht gelohnt
ich möchte mir jetzt auch nicht die Mühe machen das ganze zurückzuschicken muss es leider behalten weil ich mir auch nicht sicher sein kann,
dass ich mein Geld dann überhaupt noch rechtzeitig zurückbekomme :/ deswegen behalte ich ungewollt die Bestellung..
Tommy Hilfiger würde ich niemandem weiterempfehlen!!! Schadee

grottiger Kundenservice, schlechte Qualität der Artikel, keine Beantwortung der Fragen, keine Erstattung o.ä.

Pessima esperienza, ho comprato spesso capi di questa marca ma mai sul loro sito, ma da ora in poi non accadrà più. Innanzitutto la spedizione ha subito un ritardo e nonostante avessi ricevuto una mia dove si specificava che entro un determinato giorno sarebbe avvenuta la spedizione, il ritardo è stato prolungato, sto ancora aspettando.

Ordered a product on the 23rd June arrived 27th June and sent back the same day!
Still waiting for it to be processed bt the returns department on the 4th July!! Then up to a five day wait for my refund.
Do not use tommy hilfiger direct use a middle man with a better returns process or use another designer!
