I bought an item from their online shop on the 1st December. I received an email a week later to say the item had been dispatched. The mail also gave a link to the DHL site. The information there hasn't changed since. "The shipment has left origin country"is all I can find there. No update since. I sent 2 emails to the Tommy Hilfiger Customer service but I got no reply. I tried using the chat; after being told that I would be transferred from the (useless) bot to an agent, I was told the waiting time was 1232 minutes (!) I tried and ring the number (in The Hague, at my considerable expense, as I am in Ireland) and I was told "waiting time would be over 10 minutes". After holding for half an hour I gave up. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Simply terrible!

Brutal - no customer support. Missing items, no help.

Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is basically nonexistent. I sent four emails and never received a response. I couldn’t get through to anyone by phone, and their online chat had me waiting for over an hour—only to then add another hour to the wait time. On top of that, I’ve been waiting more than two weeks for my delivery with no updates or communication. Extremely frustrating experience and not a company I would recommend.

I recently tried to purchase a jacket on sale at Tommy Hilfiger Ireland (around €189 during what I assume was a Black Friday offer). When I tried to check out, the website had a glitch that made it impossible to complete the purchase.

The next day, I filled out the email form on their website explaining the issue. Instead of a response, I only received an automated message telling me I had left an item in my shopping bag. By then, the discount was gone and the jacket was back to full price.

I tried using the website chat multiple times — every attempt had a 4+ hour wait, and I never received a reply. Days later, still no response to my message through their contact form either.

Today I finally managed to reach someone on chat (after waiting about 3 hours). The representative acknowledged the situation but said they couldn’t do anything. Conveniently, the “glitch” only happened while the item was discounted, and now that it’s full price again, everything works perfectly.

As a long-time Tommy Hilfiger customer, this whole experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of customer support and unwillingness to help has genuinely changed my view of the brand. I’ll definitely be looking at other brands like AX or Hugo from now on.

I payed a visit to Tommy in Athlone store in early October.
I had a wonderful experience with store manager Anna she was so helpful and accommodating.
I certainly will pay a visit to this store when next in Athlone.

The Tommy Hilfiger branded polo shirts sold by John Lewis are much too short. I'm 5.7 feet tall and a size XXL. The polo is so short that when I raise my arms, you can see my belly button. Many cheaper polos are now better made and cut than these overpriced branded products. A waste of money. Hilfiger and John Lewis should be ashamed of themselves for selling such poor quality. At the beginning of the year I bought a polo shirt which meant to be great both - in quality, as well for the summer days. After the only very first wash, and drying it on a hanger but not in the condenser, both sleeves have thorn with holes!!! Absolutely shocking and unbelievable for this manufacturer. Struggled all-day-long with its customer service in making a claim just to be told finally my case wasn't due to the manufacturer!? Can't be more ridiculous from every aspect of view, furthermore in case being quite valuable customer of theirs!

I had a very bad experience today on Tommy Hilfiger Athlone today, I picked a pair of shorts and at the till the price didn't match with the price advertised on the tag, was more expensive, of course, I was told the tag wasn't right and peeled it of insinuating a deliberate mistake from i don't know who. So i just wanted to pay for the price advertised and after an unnecessary persistence, surrounded by all the staff of the shop, looking at me as I was doing some wrong, finally the "manager" left it go for the advertised price, very unnecessary situation created by the staff from that shop

Bought 2 jumpers online for shop collection, 8 days later I get an email to collect, in the meantime I bought jumpers elsewhere due to the time it took to get a collection email. Why so long , are they sent from the US?! I emailed customer service to just refund me, no reply. I called the store to refund me and they want me to go in store, absolutely pointless.

Today I wanted to buy trainers for party later tonight.

Checked online, Liffey Valley had Stock.
Placed Order to collect in Store.
Recieved confirmation Email for Order.
Arrive at Store to find out they are shipping item from Holland.

They have the item in store but won't release as its a separate Online business.

I don't understand why In Store Stock could not be replenished with my incoming order. That's how the rest of the world operates. Very disjointed operationally.

Really poor customer experience.

Scam and fraud. Poor customer service. You pay for express delivery they send it a standard anyways. Ordered shoes and received them after five days. When I open the box there were different shoes and five sizes bigger. Still waiting on refund. Ordered second time because I thought that things can happen to anyone and same story.
Stay away. Online chat agents are very rude.

Dreadful online shopping experience so far. Ordered an item online, received an email the following day stating that the item I ordered was out of stock and payment would be refunded within a few days. Ordered a different item instead for collection and no word of any updates regarding my purchase after nearly a week.

The item I previously ordered (and was told is out of stock) is now back in stock but not available for collection in the store that it was previously available for collection in 🤷‍♀️

Will never online shop with this brand again. It’s shocking! The worst I have experienced to date.

Looking at the other reviews it seems customer satisfaction is rare.

I purchased a hoodie which did not fit so I returned via my post office free with the return label inside. Almost 4 weeks on, no refund. When I call Tommy Hilfiger, I am told I must contact DHL. What a computer says no answer!

The girl in the blanchardstown store is lovely but unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I ordered online but couldn't deliver to the store because it's not listed. They said would deliver in 2-3 days but it's been sitting in same location for 4 days with no tracking updates. I would avoid ordering again from Tommy, unless they improve their online service

Ginger guy in the Crescent, Limerick was great. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about stock.

I bought a pair of runners size 6 as I had previously bought the same runners size 6 but when I tried them on two months later before I wanted to bring them on holidays they were too big ...I have just contacted them over chat and they refuse to accept them back for exchange to a size 5 ....they have no interest in helping me at all....such a pity since they are a lovely pair of runners in general.....very disappointed with this company

I’m a regular customer of Tommy Hilfiger in Arnotts and each time I visit the store I’m met with very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was in Tommy Hilfiger in Arnotts today and met Guste and her two colleagues. I’ll definitely be coming back again as I love the clothes but the customer experience in this branch store is excellent and much higher than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I hope Tommy Hilfiger HO see this review and pass on this to the staff

i worked here for 3 months it was my first job and they only gave 3 me shifts and everytime u would go in the would cut me off an hour. If you want a first job DONT APPLY HERE.(cookstown location )They aren’t welcoming at all. They literally fired me because i didn’t go in for ONE shift???? And i had no way of transportation as were my parents were out of town. This has been the WORST FIRST JOB EXPERIENCE EVER.

Wow I’m really shocked at all the negative reviews. I’ve ordered before and had no problem but this experience has been terrible.
I received a completely different item to what I ordered. I ordered for a specific occasion and that occasion is this weekend.
Surely it’s part of the job for their warehouse staff to check the order against what they are sending.
Useless customer service then, was just told by Aaron I’d receive an email in FIVE days telling me my options. Absolute joke, will never order from them again.
