Tommy Hilfiger Galway City Shop Street Manager-Damien Ryan Absolutely obnoxiously rude, ZERO customer service, absolutely incoherent and incompetent. Was left speechless.

Returns and time frame proces extremely slow!
Ordered jacket. Had to send it back as size didn't fit. Waiting over 2 weeks now and return parcel hasn't even arrived back in their depot. Then you have to wait another 8 to 10 days to process your refund so you could be waiting up to a month to get your money back. Not worth it.

Don't be fooled by brand name the service looks like scam.I ordered 4 items for around 450 euros aand decides to sent back 3 items of cost 345 they refund me just 270 euro and attached credit pdf with a totally different amount for each item what was lower what my paid amount.Never experience this in online shopping.Dont trust them just scam.

Very bad experience with Tommy Hilfiger.
I ordered a jacket from them and got an email that it would be delivered within 3-5 working days, then few days later I got another email that said that my item would be shipped no later than the 12th of December. After it wasn't shipped I contacted their customer service and got into a chat with Aaron who was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. He told me that it may be shipped within 2-3 days but that's unconfirmed. When I asked to cancel my order and full refund he told me that this was not possible and the only way I could get my money back was if I rejected the parcel and once they had it back in stock they would issue a refund. The worst experience so far and I don't believe they can refund me because the order is still not being processed or shipped. I asked to talk to the manager and Aaron didn't let me. This is the worst online shopping and avid by any means.

STAY WELL CLARE OF THEM .............order item was emailed to say there was a delay on delivery i emailed them no resound from them went on chat was waiting over 40 MINS to get someone to talk to me ,then after 1st question the cut me off chat the had told me i could not have a refund but did not know where my item was i intend to share my experiences of tommy Hilfiger FAR AND WIDE so another person dose not get caught by this so call company Tommy HILLFIGHER

Took 4 days to ship 2 items. Email me on the second day said it would be shipped on the 3rd day. Then emailed me after the item was shipped saying 1 item was not in stock. Refunded me but charged me shipping even though I had originally paid over the free shipping fee. First and last time buying from them not pleasant and poor service.

I recently had a positive experience with Tommy, a seller that uses UPS as their shipping provider. The order was processed quickly and shipped the next day. The package arrived within two days via UPS express delivery, which was impressive considering there was a missed plane during the shipping process.

Unfortunately, the goods did not fit, so I had to return them. Fortunately, the return process was straightforward. I used the pre-printed label provided by Tommy and booked a UPS collection online. The package was collected the next day by UPS, but it took five days to get back to the seller, which is a standard timeline for UPS.

Despite the delay in the return process, I was impressed with the overall experience. The refund was automatically credited to my card within three days, which was a pleasant surprise. Based on my experience with Tommy and UPS, I would recommend them for online shopping and shipping services. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would consider purchasing from Tommy and using UPS again in the future.

Love there stuff but will not buy again while they use an abortion of a delivery company UPS

For a international company them services is terrible. UPS doesn't delivery in deadlines. Nobody reply. I'm waiting for my refund. They are with my money for 1 month. DON'T BUY.

They are shameless, waiting weeks on a delivery from UPS and they won’t even answer an e-mail.

This has to be my worst experience buying something online and I have been scammed before...
1. It says you can cancel the order in 15 minutes, not true.
2. I bought a few things and one of them was charged full price.
3. Was charged a higher amount than what I was supposed to pay, literally scamming their customers.
4. Cant track my package.

I honestly cant believe how bad a company can be in 2022.

I wonder am I the only one in the world this has happened to. I bought a pair of Ryan relaxed fit jeans for my husband a good while back, they are slimmer leg than Ryan regular straight. He really liked them (wore them to a tread) you could say. So when I re ordered what came in the post was regular straight, I thought maybe I ordered the wrong item returned and ordered regular relaxed, received regular straight. Got onto customer service and was told they would look into it. Now we have no UPS near me so I paid 20euro to return each item. Roll on Christmas tried again same thing I emailed, rang, sent photos, codes whatever was required to be told the Combi number on the bag matched the order placed. No help to me Ryan relaxed and Ryan regular are not the same jeans. I asked could they please provide me with the correct order to receive the correct pants, sorry can’t do that. If I place an order again I will receive a 10% discount, I would if I knew what to order, I just want the right pants. I now have paid 60.00 euro on returned pants nearly the price of a Ryan pants. I never thought a pants would drive me near to tears, between “sorry for the inconvenience” to “I can’t help” I really am gobsmacked at the poor professionalism of Tommy Hilfiger. The jeans came from the Netherlands not UK as that’s where the website it located to.

7 days since I ordered and paid for my items and still not shipped.

2nd time this has happened in succession and going by reviews it will be my last also.

I found one of their staff members in the Swords Pavilions store extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased two days previously and been given the incorrect size, had never worn the shoes out and brought them straight back two days later in order to get the correct size, which assumed would be a simple transaction...wrong!!!
Their staff member made such a big deal of this, looking at the soles under the light. I then asked to try on the same pair but in the correct size and walked around the store....the soles were dirtier than the pair that I was return....white soles by the way.

Your customers pay premium prices and should certainly not be treated in this way.

Disappointing customer service.
I tried to cancel an online order without success.
Although their site offers a cancellation option, when you fill in the form you are told that I quote " due to our automatic system, we are unable to cancel an order when it has been placed".
I am not sure why they offer the option to cancel an order on their website if they are unable to do so. Won't buy again on their site.

J'ai fait un première achat en ligne sur le site, parfait
J'ai achetée une paire d'escarpins rose pâle talon 9,5 cm une pure merveille. La taille 40 est tellement parfaitement adapter.
J'ai fini par craquer j'ai commandée deux autres paires la noir ainsi que la marron je les attends avec tellement d'impatience.
Expédition assez rapide.
Par contre impossibilité de créé un compte même avec différents navigateurs.
Prise de contact très facile et rapide, ils répondent à une vitesse largement convenable.

All they can do is apologise to you and tell you they are experiencing some delays.
Don't waste your time and call your bank to help you get your money back.

TH received back their items on 16 of February 2021, but they didn't send any confirmation to me that they received them.

At the beginning of March, I contacted them regarding my refund. The assistant confirmed that they received back the parcel and apologise, saying that they are experiencing some delays and that it will take another few days to get my money back.

At this point is one month later.

Today, 30 of March, I still haven't received my refund so I contacted my bank to try to get this sorted.

All I can say is that they are impostors and they don't care about the clients.

Hope this review will give you an idea about their way of doing business.

Think twice when you'd like to buy something from them!

Shame on you Tommy Hilfiger!!!

Worst customer service ever!
Free returns label was not free,post office charged €14.50 for sending back items , no reply to emails.
Very bad service for such a brand!
