Everything is going pretty well except yesterday I received an additional charge invoice for a two weeks ago delivery saying that consignee address is residential rather than business address, how could I know it's a residential address when customer told me this is her company's address!

The parcel had the wrong delivery address. It was very confusing. I contacted them and it seemed that nothing happened but I then received notice from the correct address person that they had it. All's well that ends well. I would use them again.

Cheat company.
Cheat company.. i have been charged $200 extra after delivery .. automatically deducted from my account.. this happened to me twice .. First time I thought I have done a mistake in measurement second time I was sure with box size and weight. Still they deducted money and ask me to prove. Who takes photos and videos of measurements and weight of the parcels .

The charged weight is based on whichever is greater, the dead weight shown on the scales or the cubic weight which reflects how much space the freight occupies. Being this is a residential collection and delivery; the additional charge is quite significant. All additional charges are listed in the Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website.

77" TV not secured and fallen over. No respect for peoples property!
I had my new 77" Oled TV delivered today. As the driver opened the back of the truck the TV was lying on its side partially propped up by a trolley. Not tied to the wall of the truck, not supported in any way.
They have just put the TV in the truck and then driven around with it falling all over the place. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! NEVER have I seen a TV transported with such disregard for peoples property. Amazingly the TV is undamaged, but that sort of delivery is not acceptable!

Transit destroyed the item
I paid the $191 to pick up an item and deliver it to my address. The item arrived ruined!! It looked like the had stacked heavy packages on top of it and then dragged them off instead of lifting them off.
I rang Transit to explain the situation expecting at least a refund of the transit fee (no even asking for cost of replacing my item!!) however, they refused to accept any responsibility at all. Said it was my fault for not having it packaged so that it couldnât be damaged!!! Not even an apology!!
