My Inflatable Fleecy Comfi Pillow developed a leak on its last use, it was purchased in 2023. I contacted Blue Travel to see if a replacement air bag was available & they have sent me (FOC), a completely new pillow & bag. I was not expecting that. Very impressed with this response & the prompt/concise way it was handled. Definitely recommended. Thanks

Am Flughafen Santorin/Griechenland fand ich eine Urban Bag von Travel Blue. Sie entspricht in Größe und Ausstattung meinen Wünschen. Leider fehlte bei dieser Tasche der zugehörige Trageriemen. Zuhause angekommen, bat ich bei customersupport um Hilfe, wie ich diesen Trageriemen erhalten könnte. Nach prompter Rückfrage, um welches Modell es sich handelt, erhielt ich wenige Tage später per Post den fehlenden Trageriemen zugestellt. Ein großartiges Service von Travel Blue. Nun bin ich glücklicher Benutzer meiner hübschen Urban Bag - herzlichen Dank an costumersupport von Travel Blue.

I bought an eye mask in a foreign airport and found the strap far too small, even whenfully extended. On my return to the UK, I contacted Travel Blue. They asked for photos and all my details and subsequently offered an upgraded replacement. This arrived THE NEXT DAY!
And the length of the (adjustable) strap is perfect .
