Their sizes are off
I bought a pack of to L T-Shirts , and they were diferent sizes.
Customer service said they’ll back to me but haven’t heard from the after two weeks. Waste of money, don’t recommend, low quality high prices.

Lack of customer support
This is the second time a pair of footwear from Hilfiger have split. Purchased these ones at the end of April this year and with very light wear. This time I returned to the store I purchased them from only to be told they can’t help as it’s been more than a month, even though they still had them in stock. Advised to go online and ask for help. Online chat told me to return to the store as they were purchased from an outlet/third party seller, and that If accepted I would only be given a credit note. It’s too far for another trip so I visited my local store only to be told they couldn’t help as they no longer stocked them.
Last resort was an email to what I assume is Head Office ……… NO REPLY.
Still no reply after 5 days. Back onto live chat. No apology or acknowledgement of the email I sent, but same standard response to the issue. Long delays in between messages so obviously dealing with other things. And they have asked for all the info I have already submitted.

Excellent company, delivery options lets it down.
Lovely quality clothes and shoes also have very good deals, only thing is the delivery it’s always so long I wish you did next day delivery instead of a standard delivery, much more convenient for people .

Very good, easy to navigate the website, found what I'm looking for, casual shirts and trousers at reasonable price. Items delivered few days after ordering but unfortunately trouser was too loose and decided to return. It's no problem as the return label was provided with the contents, and packaging dropped off at local post office. Return was confirmed recently. Overall excellent service.

Easy website To Navigate
Easy website to navigate and see the items up close with good descriptions and size of model etc..Having only ordered 1 item before I was not sure of sizing and sadly 1 item is a bit shorter than I expected as it looks longer online,and another is a bit snug so am worried what will happen when it is washed!..Other item fits great and will become my new favourite.

We(the wife ) would be enjoying her new shoes if they had been delivered to the correct address. So we are £60 down with no product. We have already raised a complaint via your email/web chat but no reply yet so not the best experience as you can understand.thanks for the swift reply and the refund

Web page persisted in asking for house number, despite there not being one.
Web page persisted in asking for house number. I do not have a house number, only a name. There was no facility for avoiding the need to input a number. I aborted a purchase with this company a couple of weeks ago because of the inability to progress further without inputting a house number. This time I inputted a double zero in an effort to get round this and proceeded with my order. Unfortunately, I found that the order was completed without my house name. I can only hope I receive my delivery.

I love TH brand
I love TH brand, they withstand the test of time and will last for years. My favourite look is the retro TH NY lines, they’re really fashionable. TH is a brand you can trust in. Our son is like a model in his outfits, he’s always admired looking stylish and well dressed.
