I haven't yet received my order
I haven't yet received my order, Royal mail didn't bring my parcel to the door , on getting downstairs after waiting hours for their email to notify me that the parcel has been delivered, nothing was there. No parcel.
So am upset because I don't know what happened, did I just paid for something that I can't receive

A Lovely Experience
The website is very stylish with a great user-interface.
A very wide selection of products at great prices too. I am always impressed with the sizeable discounts always on offer.
The customer service is exemplary via very prompt communication and structured guidance.
Also, the products always arrive in excellent packaging. If any delay, we are notified in advance.

Dissatisfied …
I received an email saying the product I wanted was back in stock and responded within 80 minutes approximately. I received an email confirmation that order had been received and processed and the money was debited to my credit card. A few minutes later I was informed that the product was out of stock and my monies would be returned to my card within 14 days. I find this totally unsatisfactory.

I buy quite a bit of Tommy Hilger stuff and it’s always arrives in suitable packaging and reliable delivery.
Will continue to shop ( especially in the sales) although sale items take a bit longer to arrive. Had no issues Ithat I can recall

I had recently purchased two polo…
I had recently purchased two polo shirts and socks plus a pair of jeans from the website and genuinely cannot fault the overall experience.
I know that as a general rule of thumb I will be getting a well made, quality and longer lasting piece of clothing and the items were exactly that, they fit perfectly and quality is great I was hesitant with the socks as at £14 per pair did seem a lot but they are merino wool and fantastically comfortable and breathable).
The site often has offers on which is also a bonus.
Really happy with my experience and purchases which is not the first time from the site and will definitely be returning in the future.

Items were out of stock
Items were out of stock. They allowed me to order the items I wanted and then later sent an email to say they are out of stock. This was very frustrating as I ordered for someone’s birthday. Not happy with service received
