It will not accept my address in the…
It will not accept my address in the normal way. I have to hope items arrive with the address it will accept. I will say so far they have arrived but why can't this problem be sorted out . I have spoke to them on a number of occasions.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. After i had placed my order online and with no option for next day delivery i emailed the CS team and asked if they could expediate my order at all as i was hoping to wear the ordered item 5 days hence. They absolutely ensured my order arrived and i could indeed wear the trousers. Thank you so much

Went on to tommy hilfiger webb site ordered a couple of items received them within a couple of days the items were exallant quality and reasonable priced . Will now use the tommy hilfiger webb site more often

Lovely dress and return for bigger size.
The staff were very polite and professional in dealing with my return and ordering the bigger size, although I still have not received my refund on the first dress after 7 days. But the new dress looks and fits beautifully.

Product just as described, quick processing, good value.

“Poor Customer Service Over a Mistake Made by the Store
I purchased a pair of shorts from the Tommy Hilfiger outlet store in Bridgend on Saturday 8 August. When I arrived home, I discovered that the security tag had been left attached to the item.
This was clearly a mistake made by the store, and as a result I had to make an unnecessary return journey back to the store simply to have the security tag removed. I also incurred fuel costs for a journey that would never have been necessary if the item had been checked properly before I left the store.
What has disappointed me even more is the way Customer Service has handled the situation. I contacted them to request reimbursement of the reasonable fuel costs I incurred as a direct result of the store’s mistake, but my request was refused.
I find this extremely disappointing. I do not believe customers should be expected to absorb additional costs caused by an avoidable error made by the retailer.
I hope Tommy Hilfiger reviews how situations like this are handled, because customer service is just as important as the products themselves. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the mistake made in store and the way my complaint has subsequently been handled.
