You can order clothes on the Tommy Hilfiger. They are then paid for by bank or credit card. Delivery is arranged to your home address. Much as you might expect really.

Good service, hopefully
I did two orders. They sent me the wrong shorts in my first order so I’m still waiting out, of this as the ones they have sent totally different from the ones I ordered.

Ordering on line was easy.Arrived in the uk from Holland within 5 working days,Impressed!
Chinos fit well,just im short in the leg27/28 inch and the shortist length was 30" So got to get them altered

Great products.. great service.
I use Tommy Hilfiger on a regular basis.Their product range is extensive,on point fashion wise,and of consistently good quality.Also they have a wide size range which is particularly important to me personally and I can usually source my required size. The order process is trouble free and delivery is prompt. Recommended.

I placed an order after receiving an…
I placed an order after receiving an email from Tommy regarding an item that was out of stock. I immediately added the item to my order with several other items.
I received my order today and discovered that the item I had specifically requested was not sent. Apparently it was because the item was not available. I am surprised that an item I added to my order and paid for was not available. It is misleading, disingenuous and it has diminished my desire to purchase from Tommy Hilfiger again. This is now the third incident of this nature.
To make matters worse, it was my birthday and I received a 15% code that was invalidated because there was a sale and items were already discounted.
I am very disappointed and despite my continued loyalty, I will not be purchasing from Tommy Hilfiger again.

Frustrating purchase experience!!
I ordered some items in the recent Tommy Hilfiger sale and found that the address section doesn't allow two address lines. I don't know how Tommy Hilfiger expects someone living in a flat to purchase items with one address line. The single address line is also limited in length. I ended up having my road number entered but my flat number left off. Royal Mail then sent the items back to the sender as they couldn't verify the flat number. I tried contacting Tommy Hilfiger support who could not only not contact Royal Mail, to update my address, but also could not edit the address on a second order I had just placed. My items were then out of stock and couldn't be re-ordered.
Overall a complete waste of time and a frustrating online shopping experience! Tommy Hilfiger - please add a second address line. This should be common sense!

Good customer communications plus customer service
I buy Tommy Hilfiger for my sons as they like the quality of of the clothes. Good prices and a quick delivery . They keep the customer updated of where it is at all times. They have a good website easy to use .

I have always love Tommy Hilfiger wears for myself, my son and my spouse. My experience shopping online has been the most easiest, smoothest and fastest delivery before my expected time. For me to return any item has also been the most easiest way. I love visiting O2 Arena store too and I must say that, they've got exceptional services both online and in store.
